We paid for 8 months and then tried to pay it off only to find out they don't give you credit for payments. They call it "Rent" not payments on building. they will screw you for sure. They charged us a $750 deposit and still have not returned it to us. I have turned them in to the Missouri Attorney General s Office. I do hope these crooks go to jail.

AAA Safe Storage - NOT Safe. AAA Self Storage on Donna Drive is ... well ... not safe. Until today…read morewe had our camper there. Last fall the battery was stolen (from my camper and at least 4 others). Oh well, these things happen. Emboldened by the lack of action on past battery thefts, the tweakers returned. This morning, prepping for a trip, we found that the camper was broken into again, (storage bins pried open this time) the load leveling hitch, anti-sway bar, toolbox, extension cords, sewer & water hoses, grill and countless misc. items I won't notice missing until I need them are gone. It will probably cost me around $1000 to replace everything - but that's not the biggest issue. The biggest issue is the disruption. You make plans, you assume your property will be where you left it ... and it's just not. Again, we were not the only one. If you have a camper stored at AAA Safe Storage on Donna Drive in Carterville, you were robbed. Storage bins were pried up on every one I took a cursory look at. I will pay 3X more per month to store my camper elsewhere.
