We just moved 10 months ago from NC and not only did we have my husbands W2, but we also started our own business this year that had to be looked at. I also sell Mary Kay, so we had to look at that as well. The amount of documentation I took in their office was ridiculous, but James and Theresa were so patient in going through all of it with me and helping me to figure out what deductions we could take and what else we could look at to get what we owed down as much as possible. From medical bills to home office work and other business related expenses, I was incredibly grateful to have such knowledgeable professionals on our side. They were also able to file our documents for us to switch to an S-corp and will be helping with payroll starting March 1st. I couldn't speak highly enough about this group of individuals! They also do accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll, as well as other things. There is also a notary on staff. For tax services, you can make an appointment, but you can also drop off your papers to be done. They call you when they are ready for you to come back to sign and file. You can also do everything via an online portal and never have to step foot in the office, which is super helpful if you have a busy life. They share the building with Alabama Insurance Agency, so you can get home/auto/etc insurance there as well. Tip: Sometimes GPS will take you to the wrong location - this is right across the street from Little Caesars and Burger King, so if your gps says you have arrived but you don't see it, try putting one of those places' address in instead.

They had my taxes since April 1st, called many times, stopped in many times, we are working on…read morethem. Was getting mad, they had them all of april thru jan 5th. They called, said, we cant get them done, but had them since april 1st. Left me in a terrible bind. I had to rush around to find another. H&R Block did them in 45 mins for 129, not the 300 allen was charging. Because of them, i did NOT get my stimulus as IRS didnt get my taxes mailed jan 5th until jan 15th due to slow mail. 2019 taxes were delayed due to 2 hurricanes. I would never ever use these people again and H&R Block will get my business. I cant go to a place who lied about working on them when they were not and let them sit for 10 months!! My stimulus has not arrived due to their incompetence. Thanks Allen, Allen and Foster!!!

It took some convincing - ok about 3 months - I didn't want to pay money for something I thought I could do myself. After the first round of results, I knew I had made a good decision.
