I was advised not to go with them. The reviews were crappy but he had some people call with…read morereference. I was super excited that he could show up immediately. I hired them to rebuild two chimneys, apply two coats of paint, caulk, rebuild a d-log siding gable, replace roof screws and put a door cover up. Seemed like everything was going great until clean up day. Next thing I know Greg is doing work he never quoted, I never authorized and was never anything I would have agreed to and telling me I owe him money. When I finally got to see the work that I authorized and paid for I was disappointed. A cable that had been attached to the prior chimney was left swing off the house. Debris from the removal of rotting chimneys was left where it fell in the yard, in the driveway and screws were left on the roof in the yard and in the driveway. The door cover is great if your 5'8" but at 5'11" you may suffer a severe head injury from its low support strut. This unsolicited work that I did agree to is bogus. I expect Greg and I will be in Court soon. My best advice to anyone reading this is to keep looking. This is not a company you want to hire. I wish I had not!

We had an emergency need to have our roof reattached and Greg and his team stepped up, prioritized our job, and started it within a week of finding the problem. He then completed it on time, and in under 2 weeks. We love the addition, the attention to the details we needed as homeowners, and the fact that he listened to our ideas and incorporated them so well. They also cleaned up beautifully! I couldn't be on site, and Greg sent photos and video at every step. I highly recommend him and his team.

All the poor reviews are for the previous owner so don't let the rating full you. Jon (the new…read moreowner) was extremely professional and his crew did an A+ job on my concrete pad for my detached garage. On time, professional, and Jon took his time to answer all questions during the entire process. I highly recommend for any concrete needs!

I issued a contract to Sam the Concrete Man on September 28th. The contract was for a 30' x 50'…read moreslab that I was installing a steel building. The price included concrete, grading and dirt work with fill. It was also a permitted job with Hamilton County. The compaction failed when tested. Jon the representative from Sam the Contract Man told me they do this work all the time and the Bobcat they use would compact the ground to 2000 pounds per square foot, which was the minimal requirement by the building manufacturer. However, that was not the case. Additional work and materials were needed to meet the alternate design of the footing to meet the recommendations of UES a company required to certify the compaction. All of which I was required to pay for at an additional $6500. Which was a 40% increase in cost. When pouring the concrete, the workers were not diligent in pulling up the wire mesh to keep it embedded in the concrete. When they left the site was a disaster with huge ruts left by the concrete trucks that I had to fix with my tractor. The last issue is schedule. Originally, they quoted a 4-week job. It wasn't completed until January 16th, or 16 weeks.
