Instead of addressing the problem, they told me they couldn't find anyone to repair it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. Communication was poor, and I didn't feel like they cared about helping me or earning my business. If you're going to sell a vehicle, you should be upfront about its condition and make an effort to resolve known issues instead of leaving customers with unanswered questions. I went in with bad credit hoping that this dealership would finance me a p71 crown victoria. I didn't have high hopes because of my credit situation but, I still gave it a shit anyways. It took about 3 days in order to try to get a deal worked out for me and they went to every avenue and every corner to try to make this happen for me which let's be honest, a lot of places would have given up on me a long time ago. I get it, an old cop car through most banks would not qualify for financing BUT, it's the car that I wanted.
