It took less than a year for the concrete to form a 4ft long crack right where the water puddles. The owner of Wilmer Concrete claimed he'd come out to look when I told him water flows to the house and not away from the house like its suppose to. But Ryan Wilmer was a no show. Never came out. Almost a year later I emailed about the crack in the concrete. He said he'd come out. But he never arrived. Now the black fiberboard used to separate the old concrete from the new concrete he poured has dissolved. Rain water flows from the driveway to the garage and into the gap. It just drains somewhere under the concrete. I tried to fill it with foam and silicone but it's a poor substitute for a job well done.

I caught some things that were done very poorly. They did fix them, but I expected more. When I say remove the old rock and mulch I don't mean cover it up with tarp and put new over it until it is mounded up in a heaping pile. Not a company I would hire again.
