The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. They arrived on time and got right to work and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned my vent from the access in my laundry room and my roof also to make sure they got all the lint. When services are rendered, they take check, cash, or credit card. My total fee was $80. Well worth the services they provided. Apparently they also do other stuff like pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Will definitely use them next year for my yearly cleaning - recommend them for your home.
