None of that was mentioned when I agreed to the "deep clean" quote. Well what they do is come in move some mop water around, send you an invoice to be paid same day. Ohhh and if you push back on the cleaning they add a late fee.

So if you like people showing up late, overpaying by three times the normal rates, and having a bad service, this company is for you.
