I called Aero Septic to come and pump out my septic system. They came out and did a great job. While they were there, I asked them to look over the system and let me know if there were any items that needed attention. There was a problem with the wiring and they were able to place a temporary pump in the system until they could get the parts they need to fix it. They returned the next business day and within an hour had everything refurbished and working as good as new. The final bill came in a few hundred dollars less than the original estimate, so I was pleased with that. read more

I have been using Aero Septic for service for the last 6 years. I had a great experience recently with one of their field guys. He arrived promptly and fixed my broken spray head quickly that was leaking in the pasture. He completed the work efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. The office staff has always been easy to work with as well. Very friendly and helpful. I would NOT recommend using them and suggest making them a last resort only as your gonna pay inflated prices. Their tech was a good guy and they were quick to schedule if you're in a pinch....BUT!...and it's a huge but, they strait lie about the prices they charge for parts. They up-charged a small rebuild part by 400% and apparently think they won't get called on it. I did call them on it and they still stuck to the plan of charging $135 "labor" and another $235 for a part that I found in multiple place for $50 bucks online....exact same name brand part! Total repair time about 13 mins and cost $400 plus dollars later we parted ways. Fool me once....buh bye! read more

Contacted Aero Septic since the person I purchased my home from failed to keep a contract on their system and maintained his system. I had concerns since I am not familiar enough with a septic tank system. I had questions and found this company to be very fair and the technicians to be knowledgeable. DO NOT ever use Aero-Septic Maintenance company for septic system maintenance. I had a contract with them which involves 4 checks a year of the system, the last one of which was last Wednesday and I got the card on my door saying all was well. Today sludge started backing up in my yard, and said Aero-Septic sent guys out. Turns out we DID need to be pumped and the sludge had backed up into the septic sprinkler heads. So what was the guy doing last week at my house??? Her response was to wave the emergency call fee and tell me I was screwed because their truck was busy for the next week. Seriously? I pay for a contract for a reason. Luckily I called another company who was willing to help today so shit, literally doesn't back up into the yard longer than it has to. I guess we are having a craptastic holiday weekend. FML. Praying this new guy shows and fixes it. UPDATE: After seeing this review the owner of Aero Septic contacted me wanting to make it right. They covered the $760 it cost me to have the other services emergency call and gave me a free contract for a year. read more

We were using this company for the last three years since when we bought the house they were in contract with the former owner. So, they always came to my house told us the issues got to be done, but actually was difficult to hold them to come to my house and fix the problem which they were never fixed by them. Sprinklers, electronic panel (*supposedly rusted) and some cap extensions. Well, long story short I got another company which fixed all my septic problems right away, and the *rusted electronic panel just happened to be just a rusted terminal not the whole panel as per they said. They also never told us some simple maintenance needed to be monthly done by ourselves. Stay away from this company since they just want to take your money with the worst customer service. Look around and choose wisely another company with better customer treatment and service. read more

Horrible! Don't use these guys I have them for my contract but will never hire them again. They charged me $600 for a new air compressor and installed it. I approved the amount when the technician put me on the spot and then did research about how much the same air compressor cost and you can get one for $280. It's a very basic install as you position it and plug it in. I feel Aero Septic does not have my back they are gouging their customers. Called their office and they told me I was out of luck cause I approved the quote. read more

This is one of the better company's out there in my opinion I've been with them for 2yrs now and they have fixed other issues previous company's have not or over looked they have 2 pump trucks when 1 is full they will send the other if not they recommend a another trustworthy company to help. After reading previous reviews on this company I just thought I should put this out there so people won't get discourage every business u go to will have awesome people and some not so awesome but in my opinion the people I have dealt with the last 2yrs I would recommend this company over all of them so try them out I bet they won't let u down! read more

Find someone else. They will not clean the filters on your pump and charge 10 times what it cost to replace a filter. And if you call to complain they will hang up on you. read more

We have used Aero-Septic Maintenance for nearly 15 years with no problems. Anytime the septic system has a problem, they get out as fast as reasonably possible, including in bad weather. If repairs are needed, they usually try to repair/rebuild equipment, rather than replace to save costs. I highly recommend them! read more

Scheduled a pumping was told I would get a call first thing in the morning for time estimate. The day of pumping my father went into ICU and was scheduled for emergency surgery (not their problem). At noon I called and informed them I could not wait any longer for this phone call because I had to get to the hospital and needed to know what time they were coming. I was asked to hold, got hung up on. Called back and was put on hold again. Lady got back on the phone and I was told they were having problems with the truck and that I needed to continue to wait for them to call me to let me know if they were going to make it today. WORST COMMUNICATION EVER! WHAT PART OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!!! The phone call in the morning to tell me they were not coming would have solved all problems on my end. Now I can't wait for contract to end so I can find someone who follows through with promises or at least listens when you tell them you have a problem! read more
