I've been here since I have a handmade soap business and I have to mail bunch of little soaps to different parts in the country, and these girls Maura and Cindy are absolutely kind and they really care about the costumer. The different times that I've been there, there have been other costumers with problems with their packages. Sometimes they don't deliver where they should, or have gone missing for more days than it should. Whatever the reasons are, these two girls make the commitment to really help you out. They call the main mailing center and ask about the package, they even argue with whoever is in the other side of the line to help you out. Now, as for pricing, it is pricey , specially because it is based on the weight more than where it is going. For example, I sent something to Los Cabos, and it cost me 200 pesos , and that is in the other side of the country... and for example.. I sent another package to Mexico city which is nearer to Cancun and they charged me for 400 pesos... that's the only thing that I don't like too much, but hey! at the end the costumer has to pay if they want something to get delivered for them.. haha. We used their service twice during our stay, and it was fantastic. They picked up our laundry and returned it the very same day, clean, fresh, and neatly folded. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them! The best part was that I didn't have to spend any of our vacation time doing family chores.
