I've worked with about 3 people over at Aerotek. The first person that contacted me didnt seem to stick around for long, then was replaced by another, and now I am hoping this third person that I am currently working with is still there. (Something told me to send him an email to see whats available AND to see if he's still there.) These people do have their connections as Michael stated in his review. This company had contacted me two years ago and invited me for some crappy customer service jobs, actually a few of them, keeping in mind I have 19 years or customer service experience and a 4 year degree in Healthcare Management. I went to the worthless interview for Nationwide and Buckeye health that Aerotek was offering me and the recruiter said I did not get any of those jobs because I was too late of applying; even though I applied in the first day job was open. So I been getting these stupid job offers from this company since then and every time I apply to any of their jobs they always respond that they went with different candidate, even though I always apply in the first day I get their stupid offers in my email. This company is a piece and a waste of your time. There is no way I am not good enough for some sh..t job for $13.50 per hour while having college education and experience under my belt. This company is worthless. And then they kept calling me inviting me to another interview after I just went to their interview a week ago because one idiot who works there did not the other idiot already did my interview. I contacted Aerotek per the request of a friend. After 3 left voicemails over the course 3-4 weeks I have not received so much as a phone call back. From my experiences it seems like the local Aerotek office is more concerned with office parties, and meetings which has resulted in a lack of commitment to the people who could really use their services. read more

I met with a Drew Micheal within this company after replying to a job posting for a lab technician listed on monster.com. At the interview for this position I was offered a delivery job for Kittles furniture. Three quarters of the way through the interview I was told the lab tech position had already been filled by someone more qualified. It is in my honest opinion that there was no "lab tech" position available and that I had been suckered into an interview only so that they could try and fill this delivery position. I understand these guys are struggling for commission but deceptive tactics are inexcusable. Don't make me drive out for an interview for a position I am not applying for!!! My vote: proceed with caution... ( they do not charge you for their efforts, most positions are contract to hire) read more

Was not impressed with this company. I went in towards the end of Feb beginning of March, and talked to Kyle about finding me an office job. He talked with me for about 30 mins, and aksed me what I was looking for. We discussed what I wanted, and where and how far I would travel. He got me one job interview, and I did not get the job. However he said he had another job that I would be interested in, and would send me the information on it. He said they are the best at this type of business, and would help me with interview skills and writing a resume. That was mid March. It is now mid April, and I have not heard anythimg from him in that amount of time, and he has not returned my calls. I am the only one who works, and was really counting on them to find me something. This is the worst temp service I have ever worked with, and would not recommend if you need a job now going to these people. They act like you calling every day, and wanting to get more than one job interview lined up at a time is a pain in the butt. I will never use them again. I have a job now, but I found it on my own, and it is no where close to what I was hoping to get through them. read more
