Don't work for this company. They never call back, and are very rude. Everyone I know who has used this company to find work, says they have not had a call back. read more

I had a great experience with my recruiter Dakota. It's important to remember that you need to answer all questions honestly. The value of service I got was considerable. and communication went well both ways. I would use again. read more

Terrible staffing services. They will literally call you or tell you about a job then just disappear. Then by the time you get back in touch with them your dealing with a whole new recruiter, and now you have to explain everything all over again it get annoying after a while. read more

They contacted me about a job opportunity close to me starting pay was 23 hourly. Sounds good go in for the interview with the recruiter from Aerotek everything sounds really good. The recruiter says you should hear from me on Monday that was about a week ago haven't heard anything up until now. I tried to contact the recruiter nothing goes to voice mail. This was the one in warehouse way. Stay clear I think there looking for a head count for incentives. read more

Applied to be a reach truck operator. I have 10 years experience on all warehouse equipment. Started working with Aerotek and all I've done was Lump trucks by hand. No driving whatsoever. I didn't apply to be a lumper. It's deceitful and wrong to mislead just to hire someone. read more

You've been warned this is one of the most unprofessional places I've ever had try and help me find employment. The Bellevue, WA office is not for job seekers, or people in need of employment. To be honest with whomever is reading this you can probably do better standing on a corner with a sign trying to find a job. I've had quite a few meetings with these so called people who are here to help with employment, it always seems to go the same way, I show up for my appointment time and they're always late. The so called meeting I have with these people goes extremely well, while we're in each others presents but as soon as the meeting is over they all say the same thing to say, theirs a respectable employer I'm working with and you'd be a perfect fit. It's a line of BS as it must be part of the training handbook to lie to people about telling them they'll help. The people at this office are so unprofessional that one of the recruiter's Daniel Sosa told me to never call him and he would not help me because "I sounded like a whiney cry baby on the phone". Another one Patrick Kukula said "he would not help me because he just didn't like me", last time I checked that is unprofessional and their should have been disciplinary actions. Their is no follow up from these people through multiple phone or email messages this is one of the worst places to have represent you in trying to find employment. I know that you should never slander or talk bad about a company because it could be used against you, this is not slander I am just stating the facts about my experience with the Bellevue, WA office. Sincerely yours. Mr. O'Neal p.s. They only received a 1 star because I couldn't go any lower :) read more

Not responsive at all. If you cannot do everything when they want you too all contact stops. Easily the worst temp agency I have ever talked to. To bad I have to give them a star to post this. read more

All the one star reviews confirmed my fears. A company that can't even keep a phone interview schedule shouldn't be in business. Just keep faking it, till you don't make it! read more

I applied to a couple jobs that were advertised through aerotek. I got a call back a month later regarding warehouse positions I have not applied to. In response to me asking them why they did not call me for a job I actually applied to, they responded with some convoluted justification of just putting me in a sort of employment candidate list. They then asked me what my skills were, and then proceeded to ignore them and ask me if I was interested in warehouse jobs AGAIN. When I asked if they had any other jobs, they abruptly ended the call. Terrible experience, would not recommend, a complete waste of time. TLDR: They only want warehouse workers, they don't read your resume. read more

Absolute fucking waste of my time. I drove all the way from Seattle to this office in federal way and was told I was going to to work consistently once I started. I worked for about a week and a half then out of nowhere, my position was given to someone else with no reason. I was then told I would be back at the warehouse I was at but nope, I call and email and not 1 damn answer WORST agency I've ever dealt with, I would HIGHLY recommend you DON'T waste your time with these clowns read more

Wow, I honestly can't believe the BS from this place the location doesn't matter. I've tried to work with them in San Diego Ca no help at all. I came into this location and as well no follow up nothing. Like I'm not good enough. Mind you I have solid career experience in the call center environment and customer service! Abby was the young lady ThAt assisted me in the beginning and that's all I've ever heard from her. How is that professional? If you wish not to work With me please tell me from the beginning so I don't sit and wonder what's going on. They make money off of helping us with temporary employment. I guess she didn't see potential in me. read more

They started off pretty good but after my first interview (they said they would tell me how it went and never did) they dropped off the face of the earth. 1/10 I do not reccomend. read more

I'd have to disagree with anyone who have gave them a 1 star rating because honestly if you communicate well with them, then it's like a breeze. I've recently been placed in a administrative position from them and the whole thing went smooth. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Whatever that you are trying to look for in the field of work they will put in their 100%. And depending on your experience they will try and make sure the pay is good but obviously they can't go higher than the company they are placing you at because that's on the company side of the part. Working Aerotek has been fantastic! Company culture is great and everyone who works there is passionate about what they do. It's not like your average staffing agency around, they actually care about their people. read more

Literally worst employment experiences EVER! The places that they send u to treat u like crap. Ive been lied to, talked down to, sexually harrassed even, had a lead go off on me an then myself getting fired afterwards. Never again. I felt used an abused after the places they sent me to. read more

im still owed for a month now and I have the messages saying their going to pay me for weeks now and they've been ignoring me every since and not answering the phone which is pitiful but I will get money either way read more

Update: This is the day after my visit to this ****ing place. Got a call from someone else at this garbage dump claiming to be doing a follow up to the complaint I sent them. During the call he basically said that I lied about the time Jenell told me to be there and that I was late and there for at fault and that was why I had to wait until they could 'get around' to interviewing me! Can we say BULLSHIT! For one, Jenell told me on the phone to be there by 10:15, I signed in at 10:10, since when is 5 minutes early showing up late? For two, It would seem that they forgot that they called me, and that it is THEIR job to find ME work, that's what they are paid for by employers. Hopefully any employers that are considering using this agency will read this follow up as well as my previous review. read more

This is the best recruiting agency ever!! Their new staff is amazing. I have nothing but positive things to say about Aerotek!

Seemed great at first, they were polite and on the ball. However, after my first week of work they never sent me login credentials to input my time card information on their site. I've left a bunch of messages with recruiters and payroll and no one returns phone calls. The next week they mailed me a paycheck, but for only half of the hours I actually worked. It seems like they gave me the runaround and are completely ignoring me now. Very shady, unprofessional company. I recommend not wasting your time. read more

They are great for employment and great opportunities to get you on your feet with a stable job. Great pay and benefits. The recruiters stay in constant contact with you and do what they need to do to make sure you are happy in your placement. read more

this is trhe worst company to work for. my son got hurt while working for them and the company they staffed him with let him go because he could not perform his duties becuase he got hurt on the job!!! and aerotek wont return his calls or awnser there phone go figure so we have reported them to the labor board and the ombudsman and a lawyer read more

This company is absolutely pathetic and not to mention, very unprofessional. They don't care about you they just care about the commissions they can get off of placing you somewhere completely different than what you asked for. I've had great luck with many staffing companies who actually care about my happiness/needs..but these guys: STAY FAR AWAY!!! read more

I had an in person interview with one recruiter that said I would receive am email about jobs and to let her know what I think. Never received the email and the recruiter never called back or responded to my emails. 2nd recruiter did the same thing and never followed up with me as well. They both said I have a good resume, but failed to communicate or get me any work. Complete waste of time! read more

I've worked for several other agencies in the past and Aerotek has treated me the best BY FAR. The Federal Way office is very friendly and they really try very hard to get me a job in the field I love. Honestly, I am not always qualified for the jobs I want, but, they give me the tools and tips to get there. I don't plan on using another staffing agency again. They have referred me to an Aerotek office whereever I've moved to. They're everywhere! read more
