The recruiter says you should hear from me on Monday that was about a week ago haven't heard anything up until now. I tried to contact the recruiter nothing goes to voice mail. You've been warned this is one of the most unprofessional places I've ever had try and help me find employment. The Bellevue, WA office is not for job seekers, or people in need of employment. To be honest with whomever is reading this you can probably do better standing on a corner with a sign trying to find a job. I've had quite a few meetings with these so called people who are here to help with employment, it always seems to go the same way, I show up for my appointment time and they're always late. The so called meeting I have with these people goes extremely well, while we're in each others presents but as soon as the meeting is over they all say the same thing to say, theirs a respectable employer I'm working with and you'd be a perfect fit. It's a line of BS as it must be part of the training handbook to lie to people about telling them they'll help. The people at this office are so unprofessional that one of the recruiter's Daniel Sosa told me to never call him and he would not help me because "I sounded like a whiney cry baby on the phone". Another one Patrick Kukula said "he would not help me because he just didn't like me", last time I checked that is unprofessional and their should have been disciplinary actions. Their is no follow up from these people through multiple phone or email messages this is one of the worst places to have represent you in trying to find employment. I know that you should never slander or talk bad about a company because it could be used against you, this is not slander I am just stating the facts about my experience with the Bellevue, WA office. I applied to a couple jobs that were advertised through aerotek. I got a call back a month later regarding warehouse positions I have not applied to. In response to me asking them why they did not call me for a job I actually applied to, they responded with some convoluted justification of just putting me in a sort of employment candidate list. They then asked me what my skills were, and then proceeded to ignore them and ask me if I was interested in warehouse jobs AGAIN. When I asked if they had any other jobs, they abruptly ended the call. Terrible experience, would not recommend, a complete waste of time. Absolute fucking waste of my time. I drove all the way from Seattle to this office in federal way and was told I was going to to work consistently once I started. I worked for about a week and a half then out of nowhere, my position was given to someone else with no reason. I was then told I would be back at the warehouse I was at but nope, I call and email and not 1 damn answer WORST agency I've ever dealt with, I would HIGHLY recommend you DON'T waste your time with these clowns read more

Wow, I honestly can't believe the BS from this place the location doesn't matter. I've tried to work with them in San Diego Ca no help at all. I came into this location and as well no follow up nothing. Like I'm not good enough. Mind you I have solid career experience in the call center environment and customer service! I'd have to disagree with anyone who have gave them a 1 star rating because honestly if you communicate well with them, then it's like a breeze. I've recently been placed in a administrative position from them and the whole thing went smooth. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Whatever that you are trying to look for in the field of work they will put in their 100%. And depending on your experience they will try and make sure the pay is good but obviously they can't go higher than the company they are placing you at because that's on the company side of the part. Working Aerotek has been fantastic! Company culture is great and everyone who works there is passionate about what they do. Update: This is the day after my visit to this ****ing place. Got a call from someone else at this garbage dump claiming to be doing a follow up to the complaint I sent them. During the call he basically said that I lied about the time Jenell told me to be there and that I was late and there for at fault and that was why I had to wait until they could 'get around' to interviewing me! Can we say BULLSHIT! For one, Jenell told me on the phone to be there by 10:15, I signed in at 10:10, since when is 5 minutes early showing up late? For two, It would seem that they forgot that they called me, and that it is THEIR job to find ME work, that's what they are paid for by employers. Hopefully any employers that are considering using this agency will read this follow up as well as my previous review. read more

Seemed great at first, they were polite and on the ball. However, after my first week of work they never sent me login credentials to input my time card information on their site. I've left a bunch of messages with recruiters and payroll and no one returns phone calls. The next week they mailed me a paycheck, but for only half of the hours I actually worked. It seems like they gave me the runaround and are completely ignoring me now. Very shady, unprofessional company. I recommend not wasting your time. read more

I had an in person interview with one recruiter that said I would receive am email about jobs and to let her know what I think. Never received the email and the recruiter never called back or responded to my emails. 2nd recruiter did the same thing and never followed up with me as well. They both said I have a good resume, but failed to communicate or get me any work. Complete waste of time! read more
