After the meeting, I didn't hear anything for weeks and had to reach out again just for an update or ETA. When I finally received my documents, there was incorrect information on them. The invoice was sent without notice and was the first time pricing was mentioned, and it lacked any breakdown or explanation. After I asked, I was told the total had been miscalculated -- not reassuring when dealing with something as important as taxes. Many people work in other towns and sometimes states to get employment and still live in Fort Collins. They got me hired at Directech, a call center and kept me for about 90 days before I did the switch over and became a permanent employee at the call center. I always got paid promptly through the company and think you should give them a try. I did get laid off at Directech two years later but I had a 2nd job to back me up so I did not go back here looking for work. I am a bit reluctant anyway to go back because as I said Fort Collins' job market is next to nada and with the recession going on I don't think they would be successful in getting me more work...but I don't need a 2nd job anymore, so we are good!
