Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. Already running late, it took another hour and a half just to get a tow truck out to put air in my spare. By the time I called Wear Master, I was frantic. They listened to my situation, told me to come in, and true to their word -- even with a shop full of cars -- they stopped what they were doing and immediately took care of me. They put a temporary tire on my unrepairable flat and had me back on the road as fast as humanly possible. If it weren't for them, I would have 100% missed my flight to Mexico. My rental car and hotel were both prepaid, so I would have been out a significant amount of money. Thankfully my flight was delayed by two hours, and I barely made it -- but I would NOT have made it at all without Wear Master going above and beyond for me. And on top of everything, the price was extremely fair. These are genuinely good people who care about their customers. If you need tires, don't think twice -- this is the place.
