I received an RF microneedling treatment here in August 2022 that left me with permanent burn…read morescars. I removed the original review I posted because the owners were hounding me and I wanted to ensure I received a refund. They did reimburse me for the treatment but my scars remain. That is why I'm reposting my warning. I'm devastated. Nothing short of surgical excision--which isn't ideal as it creates a smaller scar--can remedy the 2.5 inch scar under my collarbone. After a year and a half of using scar gel, it has flattened but is still hideously hypopigmented and gnarly looking. I can't wear anything lower than a crew neck and that absolutely sucks. I resent this clinic. I'm sure they will respond with the usual vitriol towards HONEST reviewers but I don't care. I have to live with these scars! The other RF service I received, Emtone for cellulite, did absolutely nothing. I mean, nada, zilch. I suppose I should count myself lucky but holy hell was it expensive. Highway robbery expensive. I also have hypopigmented burn scars on my neck and chin. The rest of my face healed ok after obsessive use of silicone sheets. I believe they are using after-market RF machines and/or the clinician is untrained. The pain during the RF microneedle treatment was EXCRUCIATING even after lidocaine numbing gel. I'm amazed they have not been sued.

Guys, avoid this place, go and see they have another victim (Nicole N. in images) whom they burned severely and left with permanent scarring. Now back to the points of the response: 1. My review is indeed accurate because after 2 years I still have scars. Lets get real, nobody in their right mind would go back to the same place to get their injuries (burns in this case) "fixed" after suffering both emotionally and physically. They did not offer to take pictures, they offered to "fix" what they had done which I refused because of obvious reasons. One has to be stupid enough to go back to the place that messed up their face permanently. 2. I did not have any issues with the "provider". My issue was solely with the place that ruined my face. 3. In response to "only the picture taken by us is proof". I guess the ownership underestimates the ability of their customers of being able to adequately take pictures. Only they are able to operate an iphone in order to take pictures. 4. Being a graduate of a prestigious university does not mean anything. And to serve as a doctor in the Motherland is their choice and duty as an Armenian. When he ruined my face and then went to help during the war doesn't erase the fact that he damaged my face. Good for him that he helped the Motherland. Many people like him went to Armenia and helped, this is not the place to legitimize his actions by which he damaged people's faces/bodies, based on whether or not he helped during the war or not. 5. Might I add, the agression shown to their clients in these honest reviews is insane. The aggressive tone of the response of the business to reviews shows not only the incompetence of the ownership but also its unprofessionalism. 6. And to end my comment, I am glad that people are able to see my comment and avoid this place because otherwise they may become future victims of their negligence. Just in case my review is removed after this update, below is my review I posted 2 years ago. I also added a few more pictures taken after the procedure and after it turned into scarring: This one star is even too good for the way they burned my face. Literally burned. I went in January, and until now I am suffering from scars that I have now as a result. And just because I signed their "waiver", I cannot do anything. It was weird because after signing the waiver, they didn't even review this, he just stashed the papers away and started the procedure right away. My face was hurting during this, to the point where I was crying but he kept encouraging that everything is ok, and didn't even lower the settings. After the whole procedure was over I could see the blisters on only ONE side of my face. I went ahead and asked if that was normal and he said that I have nothing to worry about and that it was completely normal and will go away in a few days. They were NO blisters at all but BURNT marks on my face. I am stuck with these scars, and I know that it will take a lot from me financially to potentially fix it.
