I removed the original review I posted because the owners were hounding me and I wanted to ensure I received a refund. They did reimburse me for the treatment but my scars remain. That is why I'm reposting my warning. I'm devastated. Nothing short of surgical excision--which isn't ideal as it creates a smaller scar--can remedy the 2.5 inch scar under my collarbone. After a year and a half of using scar gel, it has flattened but is still hideously hypopigmented and gnarly looking. I can't wear anything lower than a crew neck and that absolutely sucks. I resent this clinic. I'm sure they will respond with the usual vitriol towards HONEST reviewers but I don't care. I have to live with these scars! The other RF service I received, Emtone for cellulite, did absolutely nothing. I mean, nada, zilch. I suppose I should count myself lucky but holy hell was it expensive. Highway robbery expensive. I also have hypopigmented burn scars on my neck and chin. The rest of my face healed ok after obsessive use of silicone sheets. I believe they are using after-market RF machines and/or the clinician is untrained. The pain during the RF microneedle treatment was EXCRUCIATING even after lidocaine numbing gel. I'm amazed they have not been sued.

My review is indeed accurate because after 2 years I still have scars. Lets get real, nobody in their right mind would go back to the same place to get their injuries (burns in this case) "fixed" after suffering both emotionally and physically. They did not offer to take pictures, they offered to "fix" what they had done which I refused because of obvious reasons. One has to be stupid enough to go back to the place that messed up their face permanently. 2. I did not have any issues with the "provider". My issue was solely with the place that ruined my face. 3. In response to "only the picture taken by us is proof". I guess the ownership underestimates the ability of their customers of being able to adequately take pictures. Only they are able to operate an iphone in order to take pictures. 4. Being a graduate of a prestigious university does not mean anything. And to serve as a doctor in the Motherland is their choice and duty as an Armenian. When he ruined my face and then went to help during the war doesn't erase the fact that he damaged my face. Good for him that he helped the Motherland. Many people like him went to Armenia and helped, this is not the place to legitimize his actions by which he damaged people's faces/bodies, based on whether or not he helped during the war or not. 5. Might I add, the agression shown to their clients in these honest reviews is insane. The aggressive tone of the response of the business to reviews shows not only the incompetence of the ownership but also its unprofessionalism. 6. And to end my comment, I am glad that people are able to see my comment and avoid this place because otherwise they may become future victims of their negligence. Just in case my review is removed after this update, below is my review I posted 2 years ago. I also added a few more pictures taken after the procedure and after it turned into scarring: This one star is even too good for the way they burned my face. Literally burned. I went in January, and until now I am suffering from scars that I have now as a result. And just because I signed their "waiver", I cannot do anything. It was weird because after signing the waiver, they didn't even review this, he just stashed the papers away and started the procedure right away. My face was hurting during this, to the point where I was crying but he kept encouraging that everything is ok, and didn't even lower the settings. After the whole procedure was over I could see the blisters on only ONE side of my face. I went ahead and asked if that was normal and he said that I have nothing to worry about and that it was completely normal and will go away in a few days. They were NO blisters at all but BURNT marks on my face. I am stuck with these scars, and I know that it will take a lot from me financially to potentially fix it.

I have waited a very long time to finally write this review. I wanted to really be sure I wanted…read moreto share my less than optimal experience. It'a a long one, sorry. I had a breast lift and implants back in Dec 2017; done by Dr. Sohn. My consult was great and him and his staff made me so excited I made right decision. After a couple days post-op, one of my nipples started turning black and actually was falling off. They didn't seemed concerned about it but it was absolutely disgusting and it got very infected; but, thank goodness it slowly started "healing." I say it that was because it did not heal very well and the scarring was hideous. My nipples were also very uneven and not pointing straight. In the first week I let them know that I was having what seemed some not normal pain on the side of my right breast. They said things we just tender and it would subside. Weeks, months, a year and half go by and it was still hurting. On top of all that, all my incision scars looked like someone took a dull knife and hacked away at my breast. My scars were very wide, very bumpy, and very dark - despite following doctor's specific post-op recovery measures to a T. I couldn't even look at my breast in the mirror without wanting to cry for over a year and a half. I looked mutilated. I finally went back to Dr Sohn with my concerns of the scars and pain. At first, he was extremely defensive and said they didn't look bad at all. We point blank asked him, "can you seriously look at my breasts and be PROUD of your work?" He finally agreed they needed revisions, and he would address the pain issue as well. I went in for another surgery for the scar revisions and the pain issue. Within the first week I could tell that the pain in my right breast was worse. I brought this up and they told me, again, to give it time. I also noticed very early on that my implants were now not level - left being higher. Also was told to give it time. My scars didn't look much better either. Week after week I went in for follow ups with no change or progress, still uneven, still in pain, and scars just looking horrendous. They offered ultrasound therapy doe the pain; but after months of that I got no relief. They gave me plenty of drugs to try to manage the pain but I had no interest in popping oxy on the regular or for the long term. I brought my concerns to the office manager and all I was offered was a referral for pain management or a consult with doctor Hankins. After paying for two surgeries already, I wasn't about to go into a third at the same Practice. And a referral for pain management for damage their doctor caused? It's just unacceptable in my opinion. After three and half years and tens of Thousands of dollars later, I am still in constant pain and have disfigured breast. I'll have to live with this the rest of my life unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and seek consults with multiple surgeons, read reviews, ask around - don't settle and don't end up like me. Thanks for "listening."
