Nic was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable in a situation others may have been extremely embarrassed. Like others have said, he explained everything involved in the process. He didn't make me feel like he was in a rush. I'm a bleeder, and he was very focused on making sure it was taken care of before sending me on my way.
