Also , there were constant implications that I wasn't working hard enough and that was why my foot was taking so long to heal. Meanwhile at my wonderful PT office I was told that I had a severe injury that would take a very long time to heal and that they were sorry I was not prepared and impressed by my willingness to work so hard. There is definitely something wrong in this office. The only person that was consistently nice was the woman that greeted you at the front desk. I felt like no one else wanted to be there or wanted me to be there and I didn't feel like a person with value. . On my last visit I was told " this is your last visit -bye! Two years later my foot is still numb , but, I would never go back there or recommend my surgeon. I'm sorry , but, I believe people that work in the medical field must have skill and empathy!

She and Dr. Jerry have gone the extra mile for our family of nine children over the years, including bringing their portable table to adjust our kids at home when they were too ill to bring to the office. Each of our children had the advantage of getting their first chiropractic adjustment shortly after birth. This helped set them up for a lifetime of excellent health. Their immune systems were given the boost they needed by having their spines kept in alignment. Our kids grew up without ever needing an antibiotic for ear infections because the Kramers were there for us. In fact, there was hardly ever the need for an antibiotic in our family for anything, thanks, in part, to the Kramers non-invasive intervention.
