Its now 4 yrs after seeing this Dr for @2years. I am still learning all the damage that was done…read moreto me by his misdiagnoses, failure to treat, and bad medicines as a result. I had to switch to him during a job loss and insurance change. I had a life long condition that was being controlled. When I went to him, he began changing the treatment. When I objected as knowing his method would not work (though it cost less). He insisted. As I became symptomatic he began diagnosing "other stuff for those symptoms. He refused to do a specialist referral. This was the worst 2 yrs of my life...and I now have lifelong complications as a result. I had no thought to sue him back then. When I had enough sense one day to adjust his bad meds enough to get my organs to begin functioning again - i was able to think enough to complain to medicaid. I got a Dr switch and that Dr immediately called one of my old specialists who told him what meds to use. I then got a referral for specialist and small recovery begins. And I packed up and moved out of there. However - there has been irreversible damage as a result of all the meds from his "bad diagnoses". I've been undiagnosed from some. Other's, Dr cant verify until my initial problem is brought back under control. We are almost there - then we can fully assess the damage - other than potential cancer in various areas of the body, brain function, higher glucose, higher BP, vascular/circulation problems, cardiac, vision, hearing, and balance, inability to function long enough to work, constant infections, chronic pains everywhere, I mean it hurts to eat cause his drugs damaged parts of my stomach/digestion process, and i just learned yesterday -another potential cancer causing thing is now systemic (throughout my whole body) and directly attributable to the mistreatment of m condition, and side effect of all his drugs......all this before even my 40th birthday..... But I have to count it all joy. He will get his one day, and I hope its public enough for me to know about it. In the meantime, I document and make my story known so that someone else is able to use my story to help their fight against this "doctor's" pattern of practicing bad medicine that lines his insurance pockets, but hurts the patients (often low income).

If you don't believe me, just call and listen to the answering machine. You aren't allowed to just walk up and ask questions or make an appointment??? Seems like they just want to wheel people in and out as fast as they can $$$. You will never be able to talk to your Doctor except at the appointment. You had better know what prescriptions you are on if you need refills because they don't. I had to tell them the names of my RX to refill because they had no clue what I was taking, and they screwed refills up half the time. The office manager (Jeff) is one of the rudest and most disrespectful people I've ever talked to. And this is how they treat a patent of 15 years. He sent me one of the foulest letters I've ever received in my life from a professional. Doctors are good but like to prescribe pills for everything. Three years after leaving they send me a bill I don't owe and once again I have to call this horrible office to clear it up. By the way, I left a message and no one called back, I had to call them back. Wish I could give a lower score.

On October 19, 2024, I had a severe injury; was taken to the ER via ambulance. The ER staff…read morecheck-in process was incomplete, and the ER doctor (Dr. Rajput) conveyed an inaccurate diagnosis. 1) ER staff refused to collect my health insurance information. While waiting to be seen by the doctor, I appealed to the receptionist/nurse that I have insurance. After the second appeal, I was told, "don't worry about that, we don't care about that". Confused and in severe pain, I didn't press it any further. 2) Dr. Rajput predetermined my medical condition was insignificant and conveyed inaccurate and misleading information about my injury. His first contact with me, without a hands-on evaluation of my swollen legs and feet or x-rays, "I am going to release you, but we will take x-rays". After the x-rays, Dr. Rajput stated, "nothing is broken". You are being released. Still in severe pain in both legs and feet and unable to walk, I asked for crutches and had to pay $80 on the spot for them. My expectation is the ER should have billed my insurance for services and cost of the crutches. Subsequent evaluations by two different medical professionals/doctors revealed, I have two fractures: one on my right fibula, the other on my right foot. Fractures are breaks in the integrity of the bone structure; therefore, Dr. Rajput misled me to by saying nothing is broken. Ironically, a few days later, provided a disc copy of the x-rays taken at the ER to an orthopedic specialist in Montgomery. Was told the disc copy did not include an x-ray of my foot. My right foot is the most major fracture. In summary: the ER check-in process lacks the most basic intake data collection. My expectation is request for my identity and insurance information should be paramount as part of the check-in process. Absolutely no interest in my insurance. Implies the ER and hospital have more to gain if patients do not have insurance. Equally concerning is Dr. Rajputh's statement of my injury is misleading and inaccurate. Two other medical professionals/doctors accurately conveyed the extent of my injury. My expectation is Dr. Rajputh should have conveyed that I have two fractures: one minor on my fibula, the other a major fracture on my foot, and provided a boot. Dr. Rajput's discharge paperwork should have also addressed my fractures.
