They sold me a cheap card reader that broke the first time I used it and refused to exchange it. Blamed me for having broken it. Maybe don't sell products that break the first time they're used? I finally agreed to play their game and buy another, but they refused to sell it to me. It took a prolonged argument for me to convince them to let me have the immense privilege of spending another 7.50€ to buy another one of their readers. I lost my temper, and I do feel bad about that. I've worked in customer service, and I know how brutal it is. I should have kept my cool. I was infuriated by the treatment I received -- I was called an idiot, laughed at, and told the issue I was having was "impossible" -- but I shouldn't have let my anger get to me. Was having an issue with my Canon camera. Walked in and explained the problem to the clerk. She got her technical expert to assess the problem. The technician spent some time looking over the camera. It did not need repairing but a change in a battery that I was not even aware was in the camera. He changed the battery, cleaned the lens and explained what was happening. A nominal fee for the battery was the only charge. The service was excellent. The tech was very knowledgeable, really knows his cameras. Great customer service and experience. read more
