I missed an appointment due to a death in the family. She charged my credit card 3 times the amount she receives from insurance. She sends out no reminders for appointments. In addition, she forwarded to me an agreement she claimed I agreed to but never signed. No witness to verify consent. The agreement is dated the same week I was laid off from my job. The issue is that it was for 6 EAP employee sessions, but I was laid off that week. No employee agrees to EAP when there are massive layoffs due to Covid. Lorri Graham was very cold and unprofessional for someone who claims to want to help people who are struggling. She sounded bored, uninterested, and even annoyed as if my speaking to her was an inconvenience. Do not bother with her. I wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my time. read more

Stay Away from this location. Lorri Graham is the therapist and my daughter missed an appointment because she was sick. So when she went back Lorri charged her double what she would have been paid by the insurance company $165 because she missed the appointment. She would have only been paid $75 by the insurance company. This is punitive! We called the insurance company and they advised she is not allowed to do that as if you have insurance they can only charge the amount the insurance would have paid them. Here is another example of someone who is supposed to help people taking advantage, as if they are not making enough money to begin with.
