The apartment unit in which I lived#319 "alone" was a very nice 2-bedroom. However, the building management changed approximately 6 months ago. The new director, Aaron, is terrible. He has absolutely NO business acumen! If someone lodges a complaint against you, he sends an accusatory email to you without asking for "your side of the story". In short, not only that, but he obviously needs way more training than he has, not only him, but his direct report, Brandon, as well. Approximately 5 months ago, I received my monthly YES ENERGY bill. Just out of curiosity, I asked Aaron and Brandon, "what exactly am I using in MY APARTMENT" that relates to the "NATURAL GAS" charge? To date, they have NOT been able to answer my question. So I also discovered that my 2nd year LEASE did NOT contain the 3rd party YES ENERGY "ADDENDUM" in my LEASE, so consequently, after pushing back on my initially unanswered question, I was CREDITED back all charges related to that bill in its entirety!!!! UMMM - I also found out that several other tenants, after I asked the question, which to date has NEVER been ANSWERED, have received their monthly YES ENERGY bill...BUT THE "NATURAL GAS CHARGE" has BEEN REMOVED!!!!!!!! I don't have to:::: WONDER WHY....I do wonder...HOW LONG HAVE TENANTS BEEN BILLED FOR THIS CHARGE!!!!?????? While an answer to this question is outside of my scope and was NEVER given to ME-there are certainly LEGAL entities can find an answer to my to date-UNQNSWERED QUESTION!!!!!

We lived at Cutters Grove Apartments for a year. We moved from Washington state, based upon the…read morerecommendation of my daughters friend who also resides at this property. My daughter visited, toured, took pictures and sent them to us. We moved in and found EVERYTHING just as promised! Bright, cheery and updated. We lived on top floor,!had wonderful neighbors who were all very friendly, respectful of noise, TV, and all respectful of the "quiet hours." The managers and leasing agents: Nadine, Muriel and Salisha were all super friendly, always helpful and always responded promptly to any service request. Our building manager, Millie- kept our building super clean, the sidewalks and walk-ways were always cleared promptly of snow and our parking areas were also cleared promptly. The price is a bit on the upper side, BUT you have clean, quiet, safe, we'll managed property and nice tenants. The only minor irritant were some of the pet owners who didn't take their furry friends to the pet lieu area in proper time, as the yellow snow and dead flowers/vegetation along the sidewalk out of the building was -at times- an unpleasant site. But it was quickly addressed and notices posted reminding pet ow era to be attentive to the pet rules. We moved to an apartment complex that had a pet free building (allergies to pets), closer to work area and had an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. We are sad that we moved. It's been a HORRIBLE experience and will be explained in a separate review. Wish we had stayed at Cutters Grove

I'm a former resident who loved the local area and the layout of my apartment unit. I didn't enjoy…read morethe very potent scent dispensers in the lobby and community rooms but it was tolerable. I'd still be living there if it weren't for the data mining operation sponsored and facilitated by upper corporate management. I work in the tech industry so when I received a random email from a company I'd never heard of I knew something was off. "PetScreening" was saying my management was requiring me to sign up for this service and that my profile was "out of compliance" I would have bet money this was a phishing attack. Management never told me about this 3rd party service, I had to ask to confirm it wasn't a cyber attack. I looked at the privacy policy and this 3rd party service was harvesting all sorts of data unrelated to pets such as my place of employment, "data inferences", web browser cookie information, etc, and sending it all to another set of third parties. Management confirmed this was a real service. When I asked them three basic questions: * Is this required by my current lease * If so, are there non-invasive alternatives * If not, justify why I must sign up for this service and give up my data. They didn't respond for an entire month. It was when I got fed up with all of the "out of compliance" emails I was getting from PetScreening that I heard anything from them. After too much back and forth, lots of anxiety and frustration, I found out that it would be required on my lease renewal *nine months* from when I was receiving those emails. I also found out that I could "opt out" of the data collection by performing some nonsense in the PetScreening portal. The point is, I've moved on, I'm still getting "out of compliance" PetScreening emails, and I've come to find out that my former management can't unsubscribe me from those emails. It's *my* responsibility to reach out and ask I be taken off the list. I've lived many places in my life and most of them didn't look as nice as this place. But this is the scummiest place I've ever lived. Don't be fooled by the smells, pleasant decor, welcome packages. The corporate management only wants your data and your money and the local management is powerless to do anything to protect you.

I have had over 6 packages lost and management said they looked in Locker for them. They didn't as I discovered the original packages delivered to same locker. 2. For 2 months I was charged 40 dollars (2x normal cost) for garbage for a 1 bedroom apartment. They said this cost was due to people throwing mattresses etc in garbage. The companies policy was to pass this cost to all residents. 3. They require a parking pass, even for the cars in the garage where an opener and I have assigned parking. Last week I purchased new vehicle after hours and parked in my assigned spot, which I pay for. My car was towed. I have spoken with management here and they don't hear complaints. I have called what this company calls peak cares and left numerous messages. I don't get response. I'm sharing here to help others in making a decision on doing business with this company, it's in dire need of an under new management sign!

The property manager (Shannon) couldn't possibly care less. She is very cold and rude, never returns any attempts for contact, and is barely even in her office during her posted hours. It seems she just shows up when she feels like it, which is rarely. They just decided last month to do quarterly smoke detector and plumbing inspections. Well I don't know what the heck they actually did other than come in and turn the shower water on and walk out. They didn't even notice our bathroom sink was clogged. How is that an inspection? Our windows are leaking on the walls inside and we can hear water dripping inside our ceiling whenever our neighbor uses their shower. We also put in a work order to have our balcony door fixed. A MONTH LATER, maintenance shows up. And with absolutely no notice!! We had to tell him to come back later but then he just left for the day. Attempted to reschedule twice and he just never showed up. RIDICULOUS. We told them to forget it and just do it after we move out. Also, be aware, the website says they allow pets but they don't! Only service animals and emotional support animals. Which will take almost a month to get approved. And good luck trying to get a sublease, because they will charge you an additional $500!! This place used to be very well run before HBG (Halverson Blaiser Group Ltd) took over the building. If the Andersons weren't here as caretakers, I would've only given one star...if even that. It used to be worth your money to live here, but it's definitely not anymore!!!!
