I never write reviews but Dr. Krupa and her team are so great and they deserve the recognition. I've unfortunately always struggled to find a good dentist but I can confidently say that I have now found the right fit. Dr. Krupa actually took the time to sit with me and discuss my concerns regarding treatment. Unlike what feels like a lot of doctors these days, she sat down to talk with me and showed she actually cared about giving me the best treatment. I never felt like she was trying to get whatever money she could out of me, rather I could tell she actually wanted what was best for my mouth and my health. Any concerns I had whether big or small she took the time to answer every question and was so kind. If she was ever even slightly irritated with my anxious self, I certainly couldn't tell. I cannot put into words how refreshing and wonderful it is to find a doctor who actually cares these days! As someone with sometimes severe anxiety, her and her team really helped me have a good experience and have helped me become less nervous regarding dental care overall! Started out with a answering service, tried to up several me , after several minutes (15) he…read morefinally went on to schedule us (wife) with back to back appointments @1:00 pm. We arrived there at 12:45 and the door was locked. We waited 20 minutes and we're the second people party in . As we sat there several more people (6) came in after us. At 1:40 after everyone else (who arrived after us) was being served I asked the lady at the desk how much longer, she didn't check with anyone but said she didn't know. I told her we had a 1 PM and she said their short handed. I told her everyone is short handed and told her we're leaving. NOTE: they open up at 1PM. They're short handed so why would they schedule 8 people at the same time??? I'm of the opinion they're like a $99 dollar car painting shop, lots of people with no insurance, have to take out a loan , don't worry we can arrange everything for you!!! So sorry Aspen but we won't be back !!! BTW I looked in their lab window when I was trying to locate an open door: the lab was very filthy and messy... Beware

Had to give some review for star but would not recommend at all. Called after hours starting at 7…read moream this morning multiple times, explaining each time the tooth extraction I had and increased pain radiating each time more and more across my face and into jaw, huge concern for infection. No call ever received from on call dentist ever. Very dissatisfied and finding another dentist to help fix extraction and make sure infection is all gone.
