Booked a callout a week in advance. I was told that I would receive a phone call before 12 on the…read moreday to arrange a two hour window for the afternoon. No call was received. When I called at 1 to see what was happening no answer. Called again throughout the afternoon still no answer and no one arrived to look at our oven. When I finally got through to someone the next day I was told that they would call the engineer to find out what had happened and then get back to me within 5 minutes. When I called back 30 minutes later, after no call, I was told that the engineer would be calling me as soon as he had finished the job he was working. When I called back an hour later they put the phone down on me and then refused to pick up the phone. So rude and will be taking our custom elsewhere.
