Update 6/10/2019 -- About 6 months after I purchased my dryer from them. I purchased a Kenmore Washing Machine. The washing machine work fine for about 9 months. Then, In May I started having issues with it filling with water. I had the repairman with Affordable Appliances out to look at it. They determined a wire was at fault. They replaced the wire. On my first wash after that repair the pump cover flew off and bounced around underneath my washer. I called them back. They came out and repaired it. Yesterday, about 3 weeks from my last repair. I was washing clothes and it leaked all over my entire kitchen. Wall to wall water. I called Affordable Appliances back today and was like hey, y'all refurbished this machine and y'all have done the repairs. Clearly, something got knocked loose or whatever during the other repairs. They told me it would be the end of the week and I would have to pay for the service call, parts and labor. Despite the fact that it was less then 30 days since they were last out and we were still covered by a service warranty for 30 days after they repair something. Or at least that is what the repairman told my husband. He could have been misinformed by their staff. Overall, it's affordable and cheap but you get what you pay for which is affordable, low quality items and service. Also, if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke then this is not the place for you. Their entire building smells like an ashtray. You need a mask to breath in there. Basically, find any other store but their store! read more

I feel that anybody that has gave them a bad rating really really hasn't gave them a chance because I've had nothing but excellent service with them they're very busy so sometimes you have to be a little patient but that's what it's all about patience they've been here anytime I've needed them they have impeccable customer service these people are by far the most easiest people I've ever dealt with and to get along with they provided me with excellent service just all the way around it's just been a wonderful wonderful time for me to deal with these people I never thought mine appliances would be easy and it's not normally but they've made it really easy for me I had a problem with one of the washers and they had no problem replacing it we've just had it it's just went really well for us so I don't I don't see anybody having a bad time with them and less you wanna make it a bad time because these people are just really all about making the people happy they've done thisAnd they've been in the place or in that that's that's what they're all about they know what what do you feel they felt it so I really think anybody that scared them a low score or not a good rating it's because you didn't want to work with them because these people are by far simply the easiest to work with and I want to say thank you affordable clients read more
