I was in an out in an hour. The wonderful hygienest made sure my eyes stayed coved and head phones on!! I had to wait till Oct for an appointment but was put on a call list. I haven't had a visit in over 4 years so I naturally assumed my visit would consist of a full assault on my mouth and a laundry list of poor findings. To my surprise it wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. Madison handled my cleaning and though there was some discomfort involved as there always is with a thorough cleaning, especially after a 4 year dental hiatus, she was very friendly and professional. She definitely made my experience more palatable. My last hygienist was an absolute savage and didn't have much finesse when it came to finding that line between causing discomfort and providing a thorough cleaning. Madison was spot on and has a perfect bedside manor. All the staff here were great and even though all were wearing masks I could tell were sporting smiles underneath. Positive attitudes and a great atmosphere here. Might just be enough to get me to come back on a regular basis.

I asked about pain relief and whether I could get a prescription for 600 mg Tylenol (similar to what I was given previously), but instead I was offered ibuprofen from the assistant personal stash. That added insult to injury to insult as I can buy that myself. I was expecting to be told how I could manage the pain like alternate motrin with Tylenol something more than the dismissive way we were handled today. I was given antibiotics, hope the work like quick cause I've been in pain for a week now just trying to figure out how to manage without taking my head off. I was also frustrated that the assistant never came in, to discuss anything when she came in we had been waiting for about 20 minutes, long enough for me to make an Ad and post it. I didn't feel like I was truly heard. but the overall care felt cold and dismissive.In addition I don't have insurance yet, so I had to pay out of pocket. I expected better communication and support. I won't be going back. I can't tell you where to go, but I can tell you where not to go.

When I first visited, I had what I felt was a dental emergency. Dr Spearman was able to see me within 1 hour of my call. That visit required some rather extensive work which Dr Spearman was able to complete in about 4 hours and allowed me to return home in comfort. Dr Spearman created for me an absolutely perfect bridge of three teeth that snaps in and out easily and is absolutely invisible. Now that my work is completed there is room for you.

I liked Dr. LaMaster but almost all of the staff don't deserve my business or loyalty to return. I have never been asked to sign legal docs EVERY TIME I sat in the chair except here. Not sure what that is about. The one time I needed front office to obtain pre-approval they were pretty lazy about it. I had to call the insurance myself to get things rolling. I made complaint to the Dr personally, but he just sided with his staff. At that point I figured he didn't need or want to see me again.
