I spoke with a customer service representative about signing up for the class. I told her I live in Lee County and didn't understand why there wasn't a class site for the class on Lee County. She never said they provide classes in Lee County. I would have thought she would have let me they don't cover this County. I called today and told them my situation that I picked their school in error. Asked for a refund of my $350. They say not refundable. I said I just picked the wrong school. Isn't that a unique situation? They said no. I would not recommend this school to anyone. Terrible customer service. I asked representative if they are a private business. He said he doesn't know if it is or not. Bad business practices.​

I can't fault the school for the accident, but for the amount of money paid I feel like I didn't get a really good value or instruction. UPDATE: the business manager replied with a useless comment about MY EFFORT to teach my daughter defensive driving. Excuse me buddy that's why we hired you. Mr. Walker was assigned to our son this time. We all know our kids. But it's nice when a relative stranger meets your kid and helps them with the art and skill of driving. It's a long standing tradition in parenting to listen "better" to anyone other than your parents. Lol. Forget the driving schools. Call the PBC Safety Council. You will thank us. Furthermore ask for Mr Walker if you can. It's my understanding that the instructors are chosen by geography. Thank you Mr Walker. If you are female avoid this place and tell every other female to avoid this place as well! The first lesson the instructor will ask you seemingly innocent questions about yourselves, but then he starts asking you if you have a boyfriend or are married. The following lessons, he tries to hug, kiss you, hold your arm while you are driving, put his hand your thigh (to make you slow the car down), and he'll try to give you a shoulder massage to make you "relax." Very inappropriate and unprofessional!
