"Anna" and I discussed the size issue in depth as I had to get it approved by the MHC management. Anna told me I would receive a 9'x6' dumpster on Monday, in my driveway, for seven days. There were a few things that went wrong: 1. LATE DELIVERY - Monday came and went. No call. No dumpster. The dumpster arrived on Tues afternoon so I had about half of the subfloor I was tearing out sitting in my yard. 2. WRONG SIZE - The dumpster was HUGE. I estimate it to be about 16' long. ADR put it in the street. 3. WOULD NOT RETURN - My office manager phoned ADR right away and told them, "This is a 55+ community. The dumpster has to be removed immediately in case First Responders need to get by." A woman named "Rebecca" left me a VM stating they would not remove the dumpster until Wed (even though the driver had JUST left). 4. LOST WAGES - I left work to meet the driver. When I believed ADR was returning to pick up the dumpster, I hustled to put as much of the subfloor pieces that were in my yard into the dumpster. That caused me to get filthy and I was late getting back to work (so I lost work time). 5. NO REFUND - When I finally spoke with Rebecca, I asked if she would refund at least a portion of my $300. She "played" it off as though nothing was wrong. She was overly sweet and pretentious. She said things like, "I'm so happy you were able to use our services and get done what you needed." I told her I did NOT get the dumpster Monday, I did NOT have it for 7 days, and it was NOT what I ordered. She continued to speak as though I received what I paid $300 for, and then some. When I told her I have never left a bad review and was going to leave one, she replied, "This is the first time anyone ever got upset for receiving a larger dumpster than ordered." If I could write this ONE review in pieces to make FIVE bad reviews (one for each issue), I would do that in a heartbeat. the service was all good until the pick up time. Here is the catch: if the access to the dumpster for pick up is obstructed, they come for pick up at any time without previous arrangements . So you have no idea when , sounds very suspicious to me. Any way, driver shows up at 8 am without previous coordination with home owner, calls 4 times in a row and texted but owner is in the shower. Driver doesn't get inside ( past the gate) because owner dog is there. driver goes away, owners called him to return and apologized for being NOT AWARE OF PICK TIME ( remember no prior arrangements) and driver says " I have a busy schedule "!. I called last Monday the 11th for (2) 20 yard dumpsters to be delivered to a job site Friday 4/15 where my company was scheduled to begin a roof replacement TODAY. I signed their contract, my credit card was charged $435. My roofing crew showed up this morning and no dumpsters were delivered. My first phone call to this company was this morning at 8:58am I was told I would be hearing back in a few moments from dispatch to see what happened. NOTHING. My second call to the company was at at 9:07am, same response.. someone will be reaching back out to you shortly. After my 4th call this morning and told the same thing I was convinced that certainly they will be delivering them today.. as I stated I have a whole roof crew on site and no work can start. Finally someone just called me back, a Manager who proceeds to tell me this was not in their serviceable area and that my order was canceled. Now this is after I was called back last Monday after placing my order on the 11th they said it will be an additional charge because of where the jobsite it. I paid it and was just thankful that I had sourced what I thought was a reliable company. I mean someone really dropped the ball on this as they had an entire week to realize it was not in there servable area. Better yet, there should have been call to me on Friday once dispatch had this call to inform me it was a no go. Extremely poor service and poor-quality dumpster. We had requested a dumpster that could haul dirt off our property. The dumpster that was delivered had holes and was warped. The delivery driver called and confirmed with ADR that the dumpster being delivered was okay to handle dirt. The dumpster subsequently bent and buckled under the weight of dirt. ADR was called the same day to have the dumpster removed. After more than almost a 1 month of calling and 11 phone calls, the dumpster has still not been picked up. I usually check the companies I use here on Yelp, but I was rushed to get a dumpster and I missed this step. Anyway, when I hired their services I was very clear about location and dates, guess what??!! They can not follow instructions. I specifically ask Cassie to place the dumpster on the grass to avoid problems on open and closing the dumpster door, then ??? Cassie said they will place at the drive way and the driver will make sure to leave enough space between dumpster and garage door, then ??? When they delivery the dumpster the driver was careless and didn't listen to the worker at the job site asking him to stop, he just set the dumpster and left. The worker couldn't open the dumpster door because it was to close to the garage door and had to throw the trash from the bottom to the edge of the to inside the dumpster which could caused an accident. The service was hired on Friday to be picked up on Monday, Saturday I left a message in regards of the oppsss dumpster door vs garage door but nobody called back. Monday I called to make sure dumpster to be picked up and expressed my dissatisfaction about the issue with door. Dumpster was never picked up on Monday, I had to call again on Tuesday morning and leave a message to make sure about the pick up, they just texted back saying they will pick up. I called several times Monday and Tuesday but they didn't answer until I blocked my number, so they didn't know who it was. They don't stay behind their word or service.
