They said the Closing Company would work out the logistics and we did not need to pay the time share maintenance fees or the rest of the loan. But, in September of this year, the timeshare company foreclosed on our property and when i try to talk to them, they say that CCS Group has our Power of Attorney and they cannot talk to us about the issue. So, we really stepped up calling and emailing the CCS Group. Then 6 weeks ago, we got a phone call from them, that the timeshare company would be calling us. Weeks later I was contacted via email that they needed income documents with in 24hrs (it was only by coincidence I looked at my email to see this). I called and told them this was impossible to provide since I was working out of state with my employees and I didn't have access to anything where I was at. Ultimately I had less than 24hrs to get documents in, and send them to someone completely different in the office since this individual was going on vacation, then they would have to fedex documents for me to sign and I would have to fedex them back so they could hand walk them into the IRS office to make the deadline. I tried to jump through all the short notice demands sending my blind father to my local bank in springfield to get bank statements for me, finding a physical address to fedex documents to since we could not find hotels in a city that was completely booked for college football, and trying to figure out an accurate income from emailed bank statements while on a construction job site. I missed the healthcare open enrollment, and needless to say this company FAILED to meet my expectations.

At first, I brushed it off, but she had continued to make me feel uncomfortable, and there was even one time that I felt insulted by her. My appointment only lasted about 20 minutes, and during that time, she spent quite a bit of time making me feel uncomfortable about my income and everything else surrounding it, especially since I am full-time college student who can only work part-time due to my 16 credit hours. Although I will admit that she got the job done, I spent $150 for a lady to spent 20 minutes getting short with me and making me uncomfortable. Not to mention, not a single employee in the entire firm wore a mask. I was within 3 feet of this lady, and she had not a mask in sight. I will not be coming back to this firm, as I felt disrespected and like my health did not matter. I would rather take my business elsewhere.
