My experience with this store started on the wrong path and never changed. I had left to phone messages for the manager to call me which we're never returned. When our carpet came to be installed the piece sent was:- a roll that was damaged and by the time the damaged part was cut off it would not fit the room -further examination showed that this was not even the carpet we had bought It just felt like we were being scammed . Now today I learned that they can't get the carpet we wanted. I just felt from them that they could care less. Absolutely no customer service here. I do not recommend this store. read more

I recently purchased many different types of flooring (tile, hardwood, & vinyl planking) from Affordable Floors. They also installed much of it. I was very impressed with the service that I received and I appreciated their professionalism & knowledge about flooring, their patience when answering my multitude of questions, their thoughtful suggestions & ideas, and how well that they communicated regarding delivery of product & installation. I would go back to Affordable Floors for any future flooring needs. read more
