Our AC wasn't working, and we had a different company come out first. They looked around for a few minutes, and told us that both the AC and heater needed to be replaced for $20,000. Called Chris, and he was able to come out immediately, based on our schedule. He spent some time checking everything out, and immediately identified that the issue was with a capacitor in the AC unit. He swapped out the part, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Pricing was VERY reasonable, especially since we had just been quoted for a whole new system! I cannot recommend Affordable Heating and Air enough, incredibly satisfied on all fronts. I got this company's name, and Chris Carpenter, from a dependable real estate company locally. Chris was very professional and polite and called me back within an hour.
