My 75 yo uncle purchased a modular home from this place. He is in very bad health and doesn't speak too plain. When they delivered the home, there were no keys. We received the keys in the mail after multiple calls. We still do not have the trailer set up(under pinning, steps ext.) I have tried speaking with Nancy multiple times with the same song and dance. She will not even give me a time line if when this work is to be done. Upon delivery we noticed there was trim failing off the top of the inside. I was told we need to fill out a work order for this to be completed. I have never seen anything like this. I assume we will end up in court. In my opinion these folks are not the ones to deal with. read more
