GEM carpentry roofed my house and put replacement windows in my basement. The first thing I didn't…read morelike was they left a mess of small debris and nails all around the house. they came back out and cleaned it up after I called them up. But the second problem is much worse I noticed months later after a big rain the back porch ceiling was wet. So I ripped down the ceiling and the next rain we had revealed we definitely have a leak. I called Gem and they came out and tried to fix it several times and even offered to put a ceiling back in it when it's fixed. We called several times and he kept trying to fix it but when I said it looks like we need to tear off the porch roof and start over he quit returning our calls and left us with a leaking roof.
