I contacted them multiple times for paint codes which I was able to obtain after 2 weeks. But, not the sheen. So literally no help there. I also contacted YAWH about the concrete low spots in the driveway. All they said was it was out of warranty. So essentially not their problem. I understand to an extent on the concrete. If it were to crack or just fall apart I would get it. Concrete is apt to do things like this over time. But 1 year after the build and you have low spots that catch up to 1.5" of water and keeps you from parking in the driveway because you would soak your socks. That wasn't because the ground gave away. That was because they hired a contractor to lay the driveway and they didn't check their work after it was completed. Simply laziness. No accountability. The tile work in the master bath is not even at the ceiling which is an eye sore. The drywall has irregular random spots of globs that they just painted over rather than removing. I've emailed and left messages to have matching cabinets put in the laundry room that match the kitchen but its been 2 months with no reply. Stucco of the walls are cracking do to settling of the home. For the price they ask to build. Its simply cheap. Pur haden home was built the same way. Cut corners to meet a deadline instead of putting out quality work you can be proud of.

This business is not reliable. The owner will waste your time, is unprofessional, and will try to…read moretrick you into paying more than you have to. The owner will not give you a quote on the job you called him for, but he'll give you a low price range. When he arrives to the job site he'll try to add other tasks/work, and then he'll give you an outrageous quote. At first, the owner is very polite on the phone, but this owner is one of the rudest business owners I've met, and will insult you if you do not want any of the additional work, and at the point he'll leave the job half-way thru without completing it. For more detailed explanation of my experience, feel free to read below: The owner of this business is Ismael Gonzalez. I first contacted him on October 27, 2020 (Tuesday) to see if they could help me with a simple sprinkler blowout. He scheduled me until November 1, 2020 (Sunday). He shows up connects his hoses to the main valve, and then proceeds to tell me that I may need a new valve in the near future. I ask how much he would charge to install a new valve (parts and labor), and he says $275. I tell him, "That's too high for me," and at that point he gets offended, and he says "It's obvious you don't like to pay, and because of that I don't want to work with you." At this point I'm confused because the valve worked, and I didn't need a new one right away to complete the sprinkler blowout. He disconnected his equipment, and as he's leaving he starts with "You don't like to pay, that's why your property is garbage, you know nothing about business, that's why I have a business..." and just continues insulting me. At which point I've had enough, and ask him to leave my property, and his reply was "you don't scare me my friend, your place is a dump" and continues with this exhausting, insignificant chatter. I would have simply gone inside, but I knew that he could do something to my cars; so I stayed until he left. I took video, have a picture of the owner, his truck, trailer, license plate number. I even waited and postponed plans with my family to get this done. Save yourself some time and energy, and don't get involved with people like this. I'm only writing this review because I strongly believe that people like this should not have a business where they subtract value instead of adding value to our communities. Thank you for reading.

He was upfront about the cost ($200), which is very competitive (some places around here charge $300+!) and he was in and out in roughly 40 min, after showing me how to let it properly dry with my escape-artist cat lurking about. I found him very professional, trustworthy, and good with my animals, which is always a plus. He was also very responsive via text, which was perfect for me. The only slightly negative thing was how long it took to book an appointment, but I don't blame him. The wind was some of the craziest I've ever seen for such an extended period of time, and we were definitely at its mercy. The first chance he got, he came running over. I'll definitely use him again in a few years if my door needs another tune-up!
