My neighbours hired this company to do some work, and I have no issue with that. What I do have an…read moreissue with is the level of unprofessionalism that the employees at the site exhibited along with their office employees. I was sworn at when asked the male who was doing the work to please stop hitting my windows and siding with the massive tree branches, and when I called to follow up with this and address my complaints I was further hung up on and accused of things. Please re-train your employees on customer service and handling of materials. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

By October 5th, I had received no further contact. Called them and received a response that they would get back to me later that day with a date. 5 days later no call. E-mailed them with my concerns and to their credit, they called back immediately and arranged a date for October 11th at 8:00. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this time. Today, no one showed up at my house...even though Beswick were out trimming my neighbour's property at 8:30 this morning. Maybe they went the wrong house? Don't care. Cancelled the contract.

He said he was coming back the next morning to finish it so we paid him - much to our embarrassment. He kept promising to come back but call after call was deflected and eventually his "receptionist" told us they were closed for the season - in September! Lie after lie. We called the Better Business Bureau to no avail. There were 10 huge pieces of the trunk, about 4 feet across, weighing tons. Not a job for a do-it-yourselfer. We had to pay another company to clear everything away. On to small claims court!
