When the day came, they were very careful to bring it down. It was fun to watch and we were glad they were able to do it all safely! I called this company first thing in the morning before I went into work. I messaged him my address, but heard nothing from this gentleman until 4 days later. During this time I had to call someone else to come and take care of the trees before they fell on my house. I would like to add that his read receipts were on as of the time that I messaged the address so I know he read the message. However, when he finally got back to me, he claimed that he had gone out of town. From a customer standpoint, a courtesy to the customer would have been to let them know you would be unable to make it, as opposed to basic no call no show.
