This vet clinic is phenomenal! I have never been treated with such compassion - they treated me as if I had been going there for years; and it was my very first visit. Actually, they treat me better than my own doctor treats me. No joke. I called this facility at 7:15am on 2/23/2016 (Monday morning) because my dog was yelping and scratching her ear and shaking her head and whining. She was bleeding from scratching so hard. The employee that answered my call was courteous, attentive to my personal emotional wreck of a conversation and empathetic to my situation. (My dogs are my world!) They were able to get me in within a few hours. I am so glad that I came here. They were TOTALLY affordable - my office visit and two medications came out to almost $85.00 **This total was for a minor ear infection** I would much rather pay that than pay $300 - $500 at any other clinic. If you're looking for quality care for your pet, you need to visit this facility. Dr. Steven Hall and his technicians will not let you down! This is the first time i brought my cat to Dr. Hall. All the staff are nice even when my cat scratched one of them because he's in pain and they where doing what they needed to do to help. Dr. Hall is very nice and down to earth, he doesn't have a holier then thou attitude like some vets. I like that they are unpretentious and not suggesting unnecessary test just to pad their pockets. They are VERY affordable. I am very happy with the service so far. read more

The Vet and staff are absolutely amazing! My Chihuahua had dental work done; teeth cleaning, extractions, she was put under anesthesia and they took excellent care of her. They even clipped her nails and cleaned her glands at no extra charge. They definitely don't take advantage with unnecessary fees or charges! I don't live near there but plan on this being my new Vet for my 3 fur babies. read more

I recently brought my dog for a dental cleaning evaluation, free of charge. This was to compare with a previous vet that quoted out of our price range. Affordable Vet Clinic broke down and compared all the charges, charge for charge, services for service, and they simple are about 2/3 of the price of others. All the reviews of them being so insanely nice to the pets is true! they were sooooo nice to me and my dog that it kind of made me chuckle, because to be honest, I am not as fond of my dog as they seemed to me!. But, it was genuine and did not feel insincere in the slightest. They are just suuuuper nice pet people. Unfortunately, I will not have them tend to my dogs dental work this time because they do not do xrays or extractions and my dog needs both, since we waited to long to have her teeth cleaned due to the over pricing everywhere else we have been. If I could do it over and could advise you, is to start with simple cleanings here, where it is affordable and before it gets to where extensive work needs to be done. That is what I plan to do going forward. read more

This is one of the best vet offices I have ever been to! Dr. Hall is kind and really cares about the wellbeing of my dog. I have visited him several times in a matter of months and every time he makes an effort to get to know me as well as give my dog the best care possible. From the time I called them up to get my fur baby in for her dental consultation to the actual appoinment day, I only have good words for this clinic, the staff were amazing and especially Dr Hall was so nice and down to earth, very gentle and the friendliest doctor and the staff they are all wonderful ladies. You would know that they are by nature animal-lovers because of how they treat my fur baby. They even lent me a dog stairs for my fur baby to train on. I couldn't ask for more, I will never go anywhere else, this is the place and this is it. We have been taking our little buddy there for a few years now, and as crazy as it sounds, he loved Dr. Hall and his staff. We have been to multiple vets, and not only did we not like how they tried to upsell us and scare us into buying tests and meds that my dog did not need, but they were also very high in pricing. Dr. Hall knew from the begining. He would tell us, I bet so and so told you you needed this or that. He knew what we the competiton was trying to sell us. He was very honest and compassionate. Sly loved Dr. Hall. He was at ease there. My dog was never one for the vet, but with Dr. Hall he didn't want to leave. He would treat Sly like he was his own, and would spend time with him - not rush us in and out. When I called Dr. Hall to let him know that our little buddy had passed, he was very compassionate, and wished he could have done more. Dr. Hall did everything he could, and made Sly's life much more enjoyable. For that, we thank you, Dr. Hall!!! We will be back when it's time for us to get our next pup. I recently moved to Mesa and was looking for a new vet for my two chihuahuas. Dealing with an impending divorce, not working, and getting ready to return to school full time my finances were extremely tight. Nonetheless, my dogs are my first priority and they desperately needed to get up to date with shots and dental work. I was so worried that I would only be able to treat one of them to a dental, as that is usually very expensive for chihuahuas and their notoriously bad teeth, but this clinic came through big time. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever taken a pet to. I love that the clinic is small and that each pet is given love and personal attention. They have absolutely fantastic staff who place pets and people above anything else - when they say they are affordable they really mean it! They literally helped my husband and I save our puppy when we found out he had parvo a few days after buying him. They gave us hope, encouragement, and taught us how to care for him. My semi-feral cat got an infection somehow. I took Igor in and they found he had a temperature of 106 and was pretty much near death's door. They were very good with him as he was freaked out by the whole experience. They drained his puss, gave him a cold IV to bring down his temperature and had anti-biotics on hand for me to take home. It all came to $85. You can't beat that price. read more

I have an 11 year old pug that has to go to vet to have nails clipped , needed to be sedated at other vet due to increased anxiety. Dr. Hall has been caring for our dog, Ted for three years, since we started wintering in AZ. We have moved to another location in AZ, 35 minutes away, but would not trust another vet as much as we trust Dr. Hall. He listens to us well, but listens to Ted even better, and of course puts Ted, who is 10, at ease with each visit. read more
