KEEP YOUR MONEY OUT OF EL CAMINITO and LA BOCA!!!.....because you will be robbed...in broad daylight....at knifepoint and all your stuff will be stolen by a giant, sweaty "bandito" and then when you report it to the policia, they will literally laugh at you in your face or else smirk as if to say "ha--I'm glad that happened to you." THEN when you are sufficiently freaked out, you won't find a cab driver to take you out of that horrific, dirty neighborhood unless you agree to give him 4 times the cab fare in U.S. dollars. The residents and business owners in La Boca support this crime as do the cops....in fact, the police in BA are their own criminal gang since they accept payment from the criminals that attack and steal from foreigners.
