My saviours! I first…read morestarted using active health about 2 months ago when my back was playing up (flares up quite a bit) and since visiting I have experienced no back problems. Although I have nothing to compare it to, my back has never felt better. All the staff are very welcoming and the chiropractors really seem to know their stuff. I currently visit about once a month for a bit of 'cracking' and have excercises to do at home inbetween visits. The time between visits starts off quite intensive and they gradually spread them out. I smashed my foot up playingg football and they even gave me a free x-ray so I could avoid the lengthy queues in A&E. :-) I definitely like the service and shall keep going to keep my back demons at bay.
