Absolutely avoid buying any vehicle from this place they are greasy scumbags and liars. If you have…read moreto go here stay away from Mike he is a worthless liar and a snake. Getting told a truck was in good condition and it had a terrible oil leak, front u joints were out, needs an alignment, front diff cover leak, steering stabilizer shocks were broke, needs tires, it was the 2019 f250 6.7 don't but the truck if you have any common sense I was told I had to put down a deposit before I could even come look at it and when I seen the condition it was in I wanted my deposit back and they refused. I would recommend finding somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

I would not recommend this place. I recently went in to check out a 2019 dodge grand caravan. I was…read morepossibly going to trade in my vehicle so I gave them the keys to start it up and get the info needed to get an estimate trade value. I made it clear that I just wanted to check out this dodge van history and see what kind of offer could be made. I did not want to make a deal yet and I tried to make that clear. As they were inside on the computer looking up my cars information I noticed the Dodge caravan had a seatbelt cut on seat behind the driver. When I went inside to tell them about that once the seat belt is fixed then I would come back if I was still interested and in the meantime I was going to go check out other vehicles. Sal, who was previously very kind and helpful immediately changed his attitude and said I was rushing them and that they need to make sure I can pay them before we worry about fixing the car. Turns out they were trying to get the paperwork started already to sell the vehicle. When I told them I did not want to make a deal until the seatbelt is fixed, Sal got very angry. I told him if this is how this was going to go, then can I please have my keys back to my vehicle so I can leave. I had to ask him 6 times for my own keys back, when finally his boss or manager told him to give me my keys. Extremely unprofessional and illegal to sell a car with a cut seatbelt, let alone just dangerous.

UPDATE (March 28, 2026): UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, my old windshield made it clear it no…read morelonger wanted to be a part of my car. I had a couple of new, unconnected cracks appear. This appears to coincide with chatter online about manufacturing defects in some Hyundai Tucson windshields. I made the decision to just replace the windshield, since a previous price quote from Stop-a-Crack was very reasonable. I showed up at Stop-a-Crack first thing Saturday morning, with no appointment, and they were able to replace the windshield the same day! Once again, I was greeted by the extremely friendly, furry, and attention-seeking auto technician, Chip, who disguises himself as a chocolate lab. I left my car in their capable hands and within a few hours, I had a beautiful, brand-new windshield. The workmanship was perfect. My friend recently had a windshield replaced, and the work was sloppy. Not the case with my new windshield. It honestly looks cleaner than the original windshield. Well worth the money! March 7, 2026: Allow me to be the umpteenth person to leave a well-deserved 5-star review for Stop-A-Crack Windshield Crack Repair and Replacement. As a first-time customer of this shop, I can see why it gets so many fantastic reviews. First off, I was greeted at the door by the bestest boy - the shop owner's chocolate lab. He put me right to work giving him pets and scritches and playing some tug of war. The owner, Chris Grubb, quickly assessed my windshield crack, which was probably a little more than 12" long. I was convinced it would require a full windshield replacement, but they were able to do a repair for $75. Their cost for windshield replacement would have been around $600, which is a lot less than competitors; however, a repair got me back on the road. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and the repair looks great! It's slightly visible, which Chris let me know up-front that it would be, but it is barely noticeable. Since I'm sure I'm destined for another crack in the future, this gets me by until a full replacement is absolutely necessary. The technician that did the work was very friendly, pulling my car up to the door and giving me a quick run-down of the work. The owner even included a small patch with the receipt that I can slap on any new chips or cracks, to keep moisture out until it's repaired. This is a safe shop for everyone. I noticed quickly that they had a colorful sign in the window saying all are welcome. Everyone here, from the owner, to the technician, to the dog, were fantastic! Only the dog requires scritches, though. Don't pet the owner. lol. I will definitely be a repeat customer, should the situation arise.
