Alex and his crew were very professional, thorough and paid close attention to detail. Alex came out and gave a quote the same day I contacted him. His pricing was very reasonable for the bedroom that had been used by a smoker for 17 years and needed serious cleaning of the walls and ceiling before any sealing and painting could occur. I contacted AFP to get a bid to paint a large bedroom that had previously been painted burgundy and black. Alex responded almost immediately and came out later that day to look over the job. He clearly explained the process his team would use to cover up the dark paint and get the room to a much lighter shade. I had a bid within a couple hours that was very reasonable that included premium paint. We scheduled a date based on his next availability and I requested that he let me know if something earlier opened up which did. His team came in and expertly completed the job including repairing holes and retexturing the walls where needed. The job was done in a day and a half. WOW, where do I start when I cannot even believe how incredibly pleased we are with the service we received. Let me start off by saying that Alex (owner of AFP painting) and Juan are the real MVP's--and AFP is the answer to whatever house exterior, interior painting, or deck options that you need! Stop searching for other quotes and companies, because trust me after reading this review you'll know THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE'S worthy of your money and service. When Alex came out, I was so impressed by his demeanor that I knew HE WAS THE ONE. No one else, gave me the confidence that Alex did that he was not trying to rip us off and was going to provide us the best service. Trust me, we had 6-7 other quotes by "reputable" businesses, and I didn't get a good vibe off of anyone until I met Alex and shook his hand the same day he came out to give him the bid. It gets better though. The other guys were charging us almost 2k more than Alex, and then they were booking us out months later when we trying to get the job done. Alex, came to our house on a Sunday, gave us a quote on the spot (the best bid by the way), and by Tuesday he was pressure washing and caulking the house with Juan. On Wednesday they took a day off from our project to work on someone else's house, because it takes a day for the caulking to dry. By Thursday they were back and almost halfway done with the paint job. On Friday they had completed the job with few minor touch ups. Alex and Juan returned on Monday and went above and beyond in helping install new lights and a Ring floodlight for us. That's right, this incredible paint job you see in the before and after pic was done in THREE days by TWO GUYS. It's almost too good to be true! BUT WAIT, it gets even better.. Alex and Juan are extremely hardworking, paid attention to detail, WERE ON TIME and working tirelessly from 8am to 5pm to get the job done. They would take a quick lunch break to eat the food we made them and then be right back to work. I never saw them messing around on their phones, or being lazy. Their hard work ethic is so appreciated, and their personalities sucked us in. So many people stopped by the house getting their information because they are so impressed by the work these two did. They even noticed how detail oriented the guys were to make our house look the best on the block. I cannot thank these two enough for the work they did, I am so proud to look at this beautiful house now. Alex and Juan became family through this process and 100% have our recommendation, and our full confidence to continue doing further projects in our home renovation. Alex is so kind and works so hard that I know his business is just going to take off, and he's the underdog everyone loves to root for. You cannot help but love this guy. He is family to us now. You are missing out if you pick anyone else to do your house work whether exterior, interior or deck projects -- these are the guys for you!
