I called at 9am today when they opened to reschedule the appointment in advance. I spoke to sales manager JENNY who said she will have sales person AIDEN call me back as soon as he gets in. That call never came. I called a second time, and this time I got AIDEN who told me he never gets anything, including messages, from the managers because he is the lowest person on the totem pole. I then asked to speak to his sales manager JENNY again. Jenny came on the phone full of attitude, excuses, and hostility, and had the audacity and galling nerve to tell me she had other customers to deal with before she can even deal with me. I reminded her that I am her customer, too, and a first-time customer at that, who has yet to receive the equipment and service I paid a deposit for. She was horrible anyway. Patronizing, condescending, hostile, rude, abrupt, not friendly, dismissive - she addressed me and treated me like I was unimportant and not her customer. Their equipment is not cheap and their installation fees are in the high range compared to other similar businesses, and I was about to spend a lot of money and trust them with my vehicle. When I asked JENNY if I were to go ahead with my appointment, will she treat me and my vehicle like her other customers and give me the customer service that their business stands for, she said she refuses to answer my question and not give me that reassurance. Now, that is truly appalling behavior from a sales manager, it shows the lack of integrity and lack of care of this person toward a new customer. She then threw Aiden under the bus and she said he's green, needs training, and new, as if to explain why this kid Aiden gets no customer messages from his managers. How can I trust this company, their sales manager and sales person, and give them my business? I am extremely DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED at the shitty attitude and horrible customer communications I received from JENNY and Aiden. JENNY needs a serious performance review and attitude adjustment - what a truly horrible idiot. UPDATE: Jake called me after I filled out their customer contact form online. He apologized and offered to refund my paid deposit. I'm waiting for the refund to show up.

I had selected this place based on a referral from a Automotive Lighting website who has this business listed as an installer for their lights. After making a 2nd appointment, the first one not being honored due to shop staff issues (understandable), I took my car in to get the Daylight Running Lights replaced inside the headlight housing, fog lights to be installed (easier to get to when the bumper/headlight housing is off) and new high beams (require the removal of the headlight to replace). The appointment was set around noon so that I could drop the car off during my lunch break at work. Prior to me signing off on the work, I wanted to speak to the owner about the warranty/guarantees that are included with the work as my car is a newer car (less than 1 year old/less than 12k miles and still covered by bumper-bumper warranty). I was advised that the work comes with a lifetime guarantee, on the work performed not if it gets hit by a rock or in an accident. Great! That shows me you stand behind your work and that I can expect great things. I continued the check in process where I walk around the car with the office manager who didn't note anything wrong on the car and left. A couple hours later an email is sent by the owner (while I am at work) stating that visible evidence of moisture is observed inside the headlights. Because there is evidence that there was moisture/liquid inside the headlights there will be no warranty on the work. Pictures of scratches on the bumper (from regular driving) are attached as well as pictures of the headlight in which the moisture/liquid are located. He also invites me to come see the moisture damage in person as it might be hard to see in the pictures, which it was as I couldn't tell. As soon as I got off work, I checked my email, looked through the attached pictures and called the business. I stated that since the work wouldn't be covered under their warranty, I would take the car back to the dealership to get the damage fixed under the bumper-bumper warranty before getting the work done so that I am covered. I verified that the damage is visible from the outside so that I could show the dealership easily which was confirmed. The owner told me that he would have the car ready for me the next day to pick up which I told him I'd be by once again over lunch. I figured this was to remove the tape that was visible in the pictures and since it was close to closing time. When I went the next day to pick up the car, I asked the office manager to see the car and to see the damage that was stated the day prior. We walk outside and the office manager says that you can't see the damage because it is inside and you would have to take it all apart to see the damage (drastically different from what the owner told me the day before). So I asked to speak to the owner as he told me differently. The owner comes outside with a flashlight and starts showing me the damage through the clear part of the lens and I agree that it was visible under the light and would get it fixed prior to coming back. I go back inside with the office manager for what I think is to pick up my key, instead he states that I have to pay $160.50 for the work done on my car and shop supplies. When I asked what work as nothing should have been done once the damage was found and they wouldn't honor their warranty (change in the contract as agreed upon). Supposedly the bumper and headlight had already been removed by the owner. All of the pictures that were sent to me (including the ones where the damage is noted) are of the car untouched other than masking tape being applied. Even the high beams hadn't been replaced (which would have been a 30 second swap once the headlight assembly is pulled out). There should have been no work done on the car once the damage was found and you sent an email stating you wouldn't honor the lifetime warranty anymore. I shouldn't have to pay for unnecessary and unapproved work!
