So I did what any rational person would do and looked for an independent business owner local to me who could install the equipment I wanted but also service it continually. Chris met with us quickly and was happy to do the system exactly how I wanted it, with quality parts from some of the best manufacturers with solid warranties. He was happy to install some other equipment I bought and set up my over the top redundancies so we will always have the ability to service the system at any time without losing water access. Chris is really a straightforward and down to earth guy who uses industry standard gear all the way up to complete overkill and doesn't try to upsell at all. Not knowing what I was looking at/for, I took a flashlight out to the pump and wiggled the first wire I saw. Shazam, the pump started right up! I was afraid a larger problem would grow from this so I called Anderson at 2:00 AM and left a message. At 2:00 that afternoon they rolled up into the yard. After a thorough going-over they determined that the problem was a switch that wasn't making constant contact (apparently my jiggling of that wire had restored it). I only made one other call for a quote that was much higher. Basically the guy said "Tim! I know him. He's the best in the business. We buy our systems from him". Since then Tim always gets back to me when I text him with questions about weird stuff. I once tried calling a well company with my dumb questions, they were rude, so that's why I bug him so much. Jake (Tim's side-kick) is fantastic too. When he did the maintenance on my system, he was just as nice and chill, very professional and efficient, and again, answered all my silly questions with patience and a smile. I think Russell may be putting me off indefinitely so the warranty on my system runs out. This company seems to be quite shifty and the people are possibly conniving to not have to devote any additional funds or time to me as a loyal customer. It was a much better organization when Jack Ervin worked for them; but, unfortunately, he retired. This is a deplorable state of affairs they've put me in. Our plumber (Matthew) was honest and explained everything he diagnosed and fixed. He finished the job and applied the diagnostic fee of $95.00 to the job. I do not know where to begin…read more We hired this company to do the necessary plumbing for our small commercial kitchen after being assured by John Regusa that he knew what all of the city requirements were necessary to pass a plumbing inspection. What followed was something that took four times longer than communicated and was wrought with one frustration after another. Along the way I expressed concerns over the way things were coming along, however, was told by John at every turn that he knew what he was doing - even when it was apparent that he did not. I paid this company half of the total amount up front and John did his best to get me to give him the remaining half BEFORE the inspection, even lying to me about having scheduled it for the day he was due to finish all work. This was one of many lies he told me. Another of his lies was that he pulled a permit for the gas line he installed which, as it turned out, we did not need because there was an existing gas line already in place. The inspector confirmed the permit was not pulled and only added much after the fact in an effort to cover his behind. John still insisted he was right and the inspector was wrong. John simply had an excuse for everything. Long story short - the inspection failed - miserably. The inspector was shocked over the shoddy work done and simply could not believe his eyes at how some of the piping was rigged. The owner of the company, "Sam", was incredibly combative, deflective and completely unwilling to assume any responsibility from the very beginning. He refused to have a conversation with me at the very beginning, instead, insisting we communicate via email only. His deflection and defense of his employee John in light of emperical proof of lies told and sub par work completed is truly astonishing. Sam even has gone so far as to lay blame - get this - on me for believing John's lies. The two essentially continued to pee on my shoes while telling me it was raining. I believe this company does a signficant amount of damage control and positive PR to hide their MANY negative reviews I unfortunately came across too late. I would avoid them at all costs, especially if you are female as they seem to think we're all naiive and ignorant whose eyes they can easily pull the wool over. I intend on filing a complaint with the GA Secretary of State's Construction Industry Licensing Board - Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers, BBB and all other appropriate forums. Here is a picture of the sink that John left on these blocks. This was how he left it after telling me it was finished. When I expressed dissatisfaction with this rigged set up - he backpeddled and told me he could get leg extenders, however, he had truly hoped I would be o.k. with it the way it was left. Amazing. The rest of his work was just as unprofessional.
