For everyone out there: be careful. This company is extremely predatory and will take your security deposit even if you leave the place in better condition than you found it. Whatever you do, report everything when you move in. Believe me, these people will do everything in their power to take your money. Additionally, they go out of their way to avoid service requests when something breaks. I had an issue that needed fixing, and all they told me was, "We are aware of the issue and there is nothing we can do about it at this time," and it remained unfixed for the rest of the year. Find another company if you can; this is about as bad and predatory as a housing company can get, so please watch out, these guys are bad news, and your life will be better if you just avoid them. read more

Roof was leaking due to a heavy rain storm that moved through the area. Called to report on Monday morning (after it had been leaking all weekend) they wanted us to use the resident portal to report a maintenance issue? If I was the property owner I would be pissed, absolutely nothing worse than water damage in a home. Didn't think it was much of an emergency? Don't let them manage your property. At the Mill Manor our car gate was opem and still is, we had a homeless lady break into our house trying to steal our dogs and another homeless man pull a knife out for telling him to leave. Told management who could give zero fucks cuz its not their house. Both office managers are not helpful and when we asked for compensation of any sort we were told that because they (management) were not the ones who broke the gate theres nothing to give compensation for. I rent a storage unit through AG. The contractor they use for maintenance is a bully and targets women. He intimidates and yells at us. He even followed one woman halfway to her house. She was scared. He never fixes anything and pretends to be management. They are quick to lock you out if your late on rent but slow and confused when they have to actually do something. They don't run this storage by the rules either. They are supposed to by law hold an auction if they forclose on your unit but I've never seen one and I know there was more than $300 worth of items inside a few of them. Stuff was just tossed into a truck bed and hauled away or given to anyone who offered to clean and dispose of the things. Illegal, unprofessional, and downright rude. read more

Unfortunately this is only Month 1 of the school year and it looks like my daughter chose the wrong Landlord Company to rent from. This company had her car towed yesterday along w one of her roommates whose lease started on Sept 1 and they have both been there all month. No parking passes were provided and yesterday(coincidentally huh) 1 hour after my daughters car was were, management office sent a email to come and pick up your passes for her unit. I called management(I had to wait 1/2 day to talk to her as I had to leave a voice mail) office in behalf of my daughter and spoke w a rude and uncaring Supervisor named Kristina. She would not accept responsibility of this late parking pass pickup notice, or financially help out. It certainly doesn't cost $345 to tow a car fyi. She threatened to evict my daughter if I paid the rent $345 short(the cost of towing) for month 2(October). I also mentioned that I would post on GOOGLE this situation....and she says "Good, I look forward to reading it". My recomondation to all...."DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CORPORATION" !!!! Update 10-5 Called the owner Lea per her comments w concerns on my GOOGLE post, but never heard back from her. That was 1 week ago. It took me a while to track down her contact information as she keeps that under wrap. But finally located her office #, spoke to her secretary and left a message to have her call me. Me and my roommates moved into a dirty house that wasn't cleaned even when we paid a cleaning deposit, the house also has MANY broken appliances and other things throughout the house which they are holding out on fixing for us. This housing company completely sucks. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. They take advantage of the fact that most of their renters are first time college students. AG does not know how to communicate or assist their renters. Upon moving in, the house was destroyed... a complete mess. The carpets were stained, the microwave was dripping brown liquid, half of the light fixtures did not work, and the fire alarm hanging out of the ceiling was constantly beeping throughout the night. I feel as if they do not know to help and end up creating some lie just to some kind of damage control. They are inexperienced and unable to cooperate with their tenants. We have asked to take three people of the lease and to add one person for 6 months now for this upcoming year, and it has taken them 5 new leases to send out for us to sign. All to end up finding out they kept two of the people on and the management told us "Sorry for our miscommunication but you need to figure this out yourself". Now I have to go through the hassle of playing telephone tag with 9 people and this "company" to get me taken off the lease when they said 5 leases ago I would have been taken off. Rented apartment from this company and paid for parking space in an underground garage. We requested a different space and were denied, despite finding needles and garbage around the car. Had to leave car there because UofO COVID closures, and returned today to find both front and rear bumper damage plus panel damage. Made calls in March, April and May to ask for different spot or to have underground garage patrolled. All denied. Property is not safe, customer service is horrible. read more

My daughter just moved into one of their crappy offerings- the last reviewer that said they take advantage of young, inexperienced, or in my daughter's case-desperate- renters. A none working gas heater in the corner of the studio that doesn't work. They came to look at it but instead.of testing/fixing it, just told her to get an extension cord- it's fine """". No known location if mailbox, no laundry facilities, (?) she has no car so that will be fun... Overflowing dumpster. They were nice enough to show up promptly.and try to address problems, but did not fix the issue. There are many others. Luckily she he a friend in tenant law, so I hope they will be willing to either.promptly fix all issues., let her out of her lease, or upgrade her accommodations at same or similar price. read more

Oh my gosh! The WORST apartment managers we have ever had. After we moved out, not only did they hang on to our deposit check for as long as they could (a full month) but they charged us $250 for cleaning even though we left the place much, much cleaner than when we moved into the dump. They are scam artists and terrible managers and cannot be trusted. Avoid any apartment that they manage! read more

I asked management if there was any way I could move into the property earlier because my current lease was going to end a few days before my move in date. Correspondence with management via email was very prompt and they made me accommodations which I was very grateful for! Every time I've needed early move-in in Eugene I've been denied, so was very happy to see AG made accommodations for me. read more

AG Campus housing is the best leasing company I've used while living in Eugene. Staff is very considerate and responsive and quick to find solutions for any issues. They are also helpful during this time and following all precautions regarding Covid. I'll be recommending them to friends in the future looking for places to live in Eugene and Corvallis. read more

I have been living at The Studies for four months, and so far have had a very unfortunate experience. There is an external wiring problem for the entirety of the building, and AG campus has been dragging their feet to fix the problem. Not a single light works on the exterior, including in the courtyards where you are able to enter each unit. Residents quite literally have to use flashlights to find their doors, otherwise you can't see two feet in front of yourself. This is obviously a massive safety issue since there are very often homeless people in and around the property and could be standing five feet from you without you knowing. More so, this problem is actually a building code violation, which I know because I am an associate architect. I have gone so far as to report AG campus to the fire marshal to get this problem fixed. AG has claimed that they know about the issue and have been working on it but sent out the wrong type of contractor. They have lied to me repeatedly about this process, claiming that they bought new lights but there was a shipping delay, which turned out to be a total fallacy (and also just short-sided since the issue is with the wiring, not the fixtures). As someone in the industry, I know that these types of problems that affect every single resident's safety do not take four months to handle. AG campus is lazy, unresponsive and unwilling to respond to maintenance calls, even if it affects every single person in the living community. I would never tell anyone to live here or any other property run by AG campus, for your own personal safety- look elsewhere. read more

Do not under any circumstances live in an AG campus property, especially the Prefontaine. There have been multiple instances with our fire alarms going off for no reason and the management company has yet to fix this issue. Most recently however, the fire alarms have gone off 3 times in the span of 2 hours from 2:00am to 4:00am during finals week. We have been told it is a faulty system (kind of scary) and that there's nothing they can do about it tonight. Basically we've been told to suck it up for the night... the week of finals week. I would give Ag Campus Housing zero stars if I could. This company is utter trash. They are extremely incompetent and possess a complete lack of communication skills. I am convinced that their company is run by 16 year old kids. Every time I called about an issue (there were consistently a lot), the employees who answered the phones would tell me two different things. They pushed back our move in date to "deep" clean the apartment, but it was absolutely filthy when my roommates and I moved in. There was dirt, dust, hair, food, you name it, everywhere. There were stains on the carpet in my room. There were Cobb webs hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen and in my bathroom. The toilets were brown inside and there was a huge crack in one of the tubs, making the whole shower unusable. There were multiple broken light fixtures broken, as well as plugs that didn't work or were exposed. There were two broken fire alarms that beeped constantly and it took them days to send contractors to fix things. I wanted to move out the day I moved in. We moved in months ago and they have remained incompetent and difficult to work with. I will not be renewing my lease with this company. Would not recommend to anyone read more
