In August of 2016 I purchased a Wine Cooler for under the kitchen counter. The appliance was defective and needed to be replaced. The store in Toronto where the Cooler was ordered, Canadian Appliance Source, was somewhat helpful in solving the problem. An exchange was arranged and a new cooler ordered. Since my original model was no longer available, the exchange was for a different model which set me back an additional $350.00. AGI was disinterested and inflexible in helping absorb some of the cost. Their attitude was 'take it or leave it'. When the appliance was delivered by Canadian Appliance, it was the wrong size. I needed to arrange for a contractor to make changes to the island in my kitchen and had to wait several days with a wine cooler taking up most of my kitchen space. Nothing was assembled and a phone call to the store went unanswered. Very disappointed in this extremely poor customer service. Stay away from these businesses! read more
