Owner confrontational argumentative unprofessional overall doesn't give a care in the world about the reputation of his business or the way his employees treat customers no customer service whatsoever was yelling and screaming in front of female present with client cussing language of sailor would use. Bike broke down 4 times in 45 miles able to restart. Thankful had trailer in worse case scenario. Could of replaced transmission for total cost and got it returned in 2 - 3 weeks. Even test ride but bike was not even giving that ... Received box of parts we requested and discovered battery was removed and replaced with no authorization battery returned was 4 years old battery and bike when brought down there with 6 months old if that. Stay away safe your money and experience for a shop that quotes you the proper amount from the start not adding as you go month to month. Owner stated they do not have an attorney he's had these problems before tune in for more.

I have never written a review for a business in my life, but this shop definitely warrants one if only to warn fellow motorists to STAY CLEAR of this place. I would have given this shop zero stars if I could. Since I ride on the track and the street, I frequently need to replace my tires. Since Corpus Christi only has a limited number of dealers, I thought I would try out third coast motorsports. I brought in my '06 Ninja ZX-6R to get a front and rear tire replaced with new bridgestone BT016R's. I got the bike back a few hours later and rode it back to my house. It felt AWFUL. So I had to pull over and check out my bike. The rear tire was not seated onto the rim - the entire sidewall of the tire was tucked in, under the side of the wheel where the bead is supposed to set. Hard to visualize right? Well it sure happened. It looked like I had completely no sidewall in some parts and some sidewall in other parts. WTF? These are brand new tires. Anyways so this in turn caused a huge dimple in my tire, and not mention this tire will never seat properly ever again. My question.. is how the heck did he not notice this? I was not aware somebody could screw up a tire change. If the guy (btw its just one guy) could screw this up, I cant imagine what the results of major repairs would look like. Anyways the tire was now ruined. I had plans to take this bike on the track with these tires, it is completely unsafe now. I hauled the bike back to the shop now in my trailer. I showed him the tire was ruined. Of course not wanting to lose out on the profits he made today, he did not offer me a replacement tire OR to refund any of my shop labor charges OR anything else for that matter. DO NOT COME HERE. The customer service is dishonest and untrustworthy and the shop's capability to work on a motorcycle is a joke. Save your money and bring your bike anywhere else but here, at least you will have peace of mind.

I can only speak on the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. Nathan said he was a certified gmc tech. One thing lead to another, one part after another part and so on equaling $4,900.00. Did the timing incorrectly, the rear seal still leaked. 3 times we had to take it back. Stoled the hood lift supports and broke the passenger side mirror. Didn't even offer to replace or fix it. I had to buy another vehicle. I can't even get receipts from him. Save yourself the headache. Nathan McElveen is as shady as they come.
