So we decided to take our second bedroom and add a wall of closets. After a number of estimates, we chose Closets by Design. Our designer, Venus, came to measure and design our closet unit. The design she left us with, that day was installed today. Our installers, Sierra and Virgil, couldn't have been nicer. They were on time, pleasant and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Our closets are perfect and we couldn't be happier.

We're going on nearly 2 months and the company refuses to give me back the full amount of the money that they charged my credit card. I've called. They're always in meetings the woman Dale, that I spoke with doesn't ever pick up the phone. Nobody calls me back. I think that they are not only a very bad company, but they may be a front to something else. I would stay as far away from this company as I possibly could.... you'll never get your money back. And it's not even real wood it's particleboard.
