My only issue was it was a bit salty but other than that I enjoyed everything I had. The guacamole trio was so good and when it came home it worked well with toast. When my mom says the margaritas are good it's good. Love shopping then relaxing with a bite to eat. We sat at the open bar and watched a world cup match. Waitress made sure she checked in with us every time she walked by

Always a great time at Agave Bandido. Whether it's lunch, dinner or happy hour, this Mexican restaurant and bar always has good vibes. I absolutely love the open concept and the wrap around bar. It's great for getting bartender's attention and mingling. We were recently here for Friday night happy hour. They had a great DJ going and the bartenders were mixing some great drinks. They also have a speakeasy located inside of the restaurant. It's a more mellow and chill vibe with low music and dim lighting. Good for a date night. Staff and service were excellent. My only complaint here is the bathroom situation. For a restaurant this size with a steady influx of people, they have two stalls in the female bathroom. Specifically, two cramped stalls. On this particular night, it was filthy. I at least expected management to have cleaning staff on duty for busy hours.

I want to say that this is probably a good spot for happy hour, but I went for a chill low key dinner with my mom. We had never been and saw that they played Spanish music. The music was my favorite part, too bad no body was dancing. The place was not packed for a friday night which normally tells you how good or bad a place can be. We sat at the bar which was empty but still dirty on the countertops. I will say our bartender was pretty nice and friendly. As far as the taste of food, it was typical "Americanized Mexican". The taco that had the most flavor was the carnitas. The first drink I ordered off their specialty cocktail menu was a bit too sweet for my liking so I switched it for what I like, a gin and tonic

**Vegetarian Friendly** Popular mexican restaurant in the Pembroke Pines area. The restaurant caught our attention with the large patio, and happy hour specials. Nachos: Excellent - full of toppings! Burrito: Excellent - well stuffed and the sauce was excellent Veggie Taco: Gross, soggy, skip This is also one of the few places in South Florida that has a vegetarian chimichanga option! We'll definitely be back for more!

We've eaten at this location several times, usually outside and just to have drinks and appetizers. This time we ate inside and had a full meal. Our server was very nice, gave us suggestions and took great care of us. We started with table side guacamole which was really good. The food was also good and abundant. My chimichanga was enough for 3 meals for me!

My coworkers surprised me with a happy hour to celebrate my promotion at work. I had never been to this place but as we pulled up I liked how it had indoor/outdoor options. We had a large table reserved and they came and made guacamole table side. The beef empanadas were tasty. The servers came around often to ensure we had drinks. The spicy margarita was yummy! They had great music playing. I did not eat much but most of the group said the food was ok. But we were really there to drink and this place was a great choice for that!

Agave Bandido is a beautiful spot, spacious, nicely decorated, and full of Mexican vibes. The atmosphere definitely makes it a great place to enjoy a meal. The staff is friendly and helpful, though service can be a little on the slower side. We started with complimentary chips and salsa, which were fresh and tasty. I also ordered a passion fruit margarita that was amazing, but unfortunately, it took so long to arrive that my entrée came out before the drink. For my main, I went with the Adobo Chicken Chimichanga, and it did not disappoint. The portion was generous enough that I had leftovers to enjoy the next day. The chimichanga was stuffed with refried beans, Mexican rice, and pulled chicken, then topped with Monterey and Colby Jack cheese, ranchero sauce, cotija, and cilantro. It came with pico de gallo, lettuce, and sour cream on the side. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. With just a bit more attention to timing on drinks and service, this place could easily be 5 stars. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others!

First time coming here and we absolutely loved it! The vibes were soo nice! Great music, great people. The food was delicious. The drinks were great. I always feel like the margaritas are a hit or miss and this one was definitely a hit! Great customer service. Overall, we will directly be back!

I visited this Mexican restaurant on a Tuesday for their Taco Tuesday special, and it was an overall great experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and beautifully decorated definitely one of the more aesthetically pleasing spots I've been to lately. I arrived around 5:30 PM and was seated quickly. The service was consistently good; on both of my visits, the waitstaff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. I ordered the carne asada tacos, which came with cilantro rice and refried beans on the side. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. The carne asada was juicy and seasoned just right. I paired it with a Coke (cause who has tacos without a Coca-Cola ?) and for dessert, I couldn't resist the churros crispy on the outside, soft inside, and served warm. So good! The Taco Tuesday deal 50% off taco entrées is a major win. At 8 PM, a live mariachi trio began performing. They were incredibly talented and really elevated the dining experience. That said, the music (along with the general noise level) got louder as the night went on, which made conversation a bit difficult. If you're looking for good food, great vibes, and a fun night out especially on a Tuesday this is a spot worth checking out. I'll definitely be back!

Enjoyable atmosphere at agave Bandito. It has a modern Mexican aesthetic with the Mexican Classics. Their portions are pretty big and good to share. We tried the fajitas to share as well as a quesadilla to share. No complaints with the food or the service as a service with super quick during our weeknight visit,. We paired our entrées with classic margaritas that were not too sweet. Great for those that are watching their sugar intake. They also have happy hour slots only at the bar great for a quick catch up with a friend and some quick happy hour bites. Recommended for a casual date night or get together with friends for a quick drink and dinner!

First time eating at the restaurants. On Thursday is ladies night from 6-9 pm. They have a live music which you can hear the base throughout the restaurant. I ordered the Churrasco empanadas which was very good. I also ordered a steak quesadillas and it was also pretty good. They charge you 20% tip for a party of 8 or more people. This place has several tv located by the bar. Overall the experience was good.

We had fajitas, they were tasteless. I've had much better at Chili's. Had the Tito's Margarita and left to question, where is Tito?

Upon arrival we noticed there was a dinning tent area set up outside which was empty more likely because of the heat as it was really hot out. We went inside and were greeted by a nice waitress and seated right away. Ambience was nice and dimmed lights. I appreciated the string lights and greenery decor. We ordered the Lomo Saltado which was a bit on the salty side for my taste but the jazmin rice was cooked to perfection. The Pescado a lo macho was ok. I had better. Ceviche was actually good not too tangy. Service was fast.

There were seven of us for Taco Tuesday, and from the moment we sat down, our waitress seemed irritated that she had to serve our table. We ordered quickly because we already knew what we wanted. I ordered four Birria tacos on corn tortillas ($19.00) and a michelada ($9.90). Everyone else's food came out correctly, but mine did not. The tacos were clearly served on flour tortillas instead of corn. I politely pointed out the mistake and asked for them to be replaced. Instead of correcting the order, the waitress brought back the exact same plate and looked me in the eye while insisting they were corn tortillas. They absolutely were not, and my friends confirmed the same. I refused to eat them and ended up taking them home for my daughter. What makes this especially upsetting is that this isn't just about getting an order wrong--mistakes happen. The problem is that the restaurant chose to lie rather than fix it. If this had been a customer with a gluten allergy or celiac disease, the consequences could have been serious. Serving the wrong food is one thing; knowingly trying to pass it off as something it isn't is completely unacceptable and incredibly irresponsible.
