Update for complaints...Here for immigration health medical review. Where can I start? Delayed Patient Care? Patient Neglect!!! Incompetent staff? They're unproffessional, Confused and not able to call back. again delayed patient care due to not knowing what the **** theyre doing? NOW Repeating vaccines because they take too long to get back to you!!! Doctor goes on vacation and has no one to cover? INCOMPETANT!!! They do not call you back even when they promise you they will. We will be reporting them to: https://online-complaint.mqa.flhealthsource.gov/StartComplaint They state they don't get faxes (From Baycare) even thoough all the faxes have 100% gone thru and only did they admit they got when we called 10 times in 1 day to get them to check their fax machines. They also don't know the difference between TB active and TB inactive infections. They are listed on the Immigration website and I advise you not to go here! They probably think only dumb immigrants go here and not realize I am a Registered Nurse and I work for the Governement!!! I am a Licensed Medical Expert and I feel this place has no-one licensed and should be shut down. they do not do their jobs!!! I'd give them a 0 rating if I could. Patients die when care is delayed and this place is on that road. I feel like I've been on a life long diet. If your a woman and reading this I know you feel me when I say this. This year I turned 40 years old and it seemed like 6 months after my hormones said welcome to middle age life and threw out my youth. They didn't dumb it down but they helped me understand where I was falling short and where I needed to help my body. In 8 days I lost 12 lbs. AND FINALLY my hormone panel came back and the numbers were low- finally a Dr to listen to me!! Dr Green literally said "yes girl, we need to get you optimal." How many times had your dr said ohhh your too young for hormones, or you just need to exercise, You just need to not stress bc that's causing your weight gain. Lay off the margaritas. No! My journey with BHRT continued smoothly under Dr. Green's supervision. Fast forward to 2019, Dr. Green has expanded to a large and lovely facility on West Bay Blvd. And slowly, customer service turned into a bunch of women running around like their hair is on fire. Hormones are delicate things when disturbed. When Prescriptions are up to 2 weeks late, no words are required. A person REACTS when their hormones are off. Hello? Didn't you know? In this medical (?) practice you aren't ALLOWED to speak directly with the pharmacy. Your prescriptions are delivered to the office, which is where they are stripped of their original pharmacy packaging, warnings, etc. and priced for your pickup. When your script is late, you're at the mercy of a clerk who can, can't, or won't track it down. Do NOT call the pharmacy. Really? Come to find out, I can get my compounded drug needs filled at half the price I've been paying for 9 YEARS. It took 3 occasions of late prescriptions (within 8 months) with zero considerations on the part of Ageless & Evergreen for me to say "Adios and Goodbye". 9 years! I really love coming here. Yes, sometimes they're busy, and they manage time like a doctor's office. If you want personal time with the doc, you have to understand that others do too and they may run over time, which affects all the appointments. I didn't expect that. I have had to reschedule TWICE because they had me waiting up to 2 hours to be seen for quick check ins. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly and caring, and the doc is nice, although I've only gotten to see her once or twice in 2 months. I've lost 3 pounds and 2% body fat in my first week, and I'm excited to keep going! UPDATE: Removed 2 stars. I was waiting OVER an hour to be called for my appointment, while they took people who arrived after me. I'm furious, because I live an hour away. I will not come back here again. These places are a dime a dozen, and I can find one closer to home that has its sh*t together. I'm so angry, because I have to drive an hour home, then come back here early in the morning. I felt compelled to write a review after visiting this office for the second time. I cannot say enough about Dr. Green and the awesome staff in her office. For months I had been extremely self conscious about the double eleven lines that were furrowed between my eyebrows. The lines were so deep that my resting face still had the lines etched into my skin. I am in my late 20's and was embarrassed and hesitant about doing anything to fix the problem. I walked into the office and was greeted by a young woman at the front desk who made me feel right at home and made me an appointment right away. I met Dr. Green and she put my fears to rest immediately. I felt like I had visited a spa instead of a doctors office, the lights were dimmed, soothing music was playing in the background and my feet were up with a pillow underneath. I do not recommend them unless if you want to get ripped off. I moved here out of state and went there for a Botox treatment which I was getting about 25 - 27 units with my previous doctor while here the doctor who's work there Dr. Agnes P Green injected me with 30 units which was acceptable at first but until not seeing much of results within 10 days, I had to go back there for some "touch up" which took another 18 units which was extremely high for a "touch up" but even then the results weren't as efficient after almost 50 units total injected, I contacted them to get refunded or something but no luck. I spoke with my previous doctor and other places which suggested I was either injected with a Botox mixed with water or the Doctor Agnes P Green had a poor technique which rendered to a poor outcome. read more

I am very impressed with this clinic & especially with Dr Green. I have been to several weight loss clinics & programs & although they all say the same thing, including the statement that you would be seen by the doctors & monitored closely, i never saw them, only their nurses & assistants who in a robotic manner, supplied the meds & diet plans i was to adhere to. Opposed to their statements that they would sit down with me to create my own weight loss plan, it never happened. Dr Green was my last hope & i'm not sorry about my decision, i just wish i had seen her a lot sooner.
