He met with me and gave me a quote for the job. I gave him a check of $2200.00 to cover the materials. He told me he would start the job in a couple of days. He cashed the check the next day. I did not hear from him for a week. I called him he told me he would have the job he was on finished in a couple of days and I was next on his list. 3 weeks later and I have not heard from him.
