I want to acknowledge and thank Kaitlyn Jayne for helping me recover from shoulder surgery. Kaitlyn is awesome, she is incredibly knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. I came to see her for my shoulder surgery recovery therapy after almost 2 months after surgery. I was in a lot of pain and with limited mobility and strength, just after about three weeks, which were about three visits, because I was only seen her once a week , I started to notice the increased mobility and my pain decreased significantly. It's hard to find a good therapist, one you can trust and feel comfortable that what they're doing for you is for your best care, but I would highly recommend Katelyn aside from her professionalism, she has a great personality and you can tell she really cares. I've been through three ACL's and now a total knee replacement so I've done a lot of physical therapy. Not everybody does massage. Agility does massage in addition to the exercises. The massage made a huge difference for me. It's not always pleasant. Courtney was not my favorite person after my first session but the improvement in pain and range was amazing. Now I just grin and bear it. A chronic deep calf knot was one of the reasons I had the knee replacement. Sadly, it was worse after surgery. James has been working on it for a few sessions and it's feeling better than it has for as long as I remember. read more

Kami, James and the rest of the staff and students who work at Agility are super friendly, fun and provide thorough care to help you feel better. I've been seeing them for a few weeks now. This location is the closest PT to my home, which is how I chose them. I first injured my back in high school and had a traumatic injury to my lower spine in my mid-20s. I have 6 months of prior PT for myself and another 3+ years of taking my children to PT appointments so have been to at least 6 different PT locations. The initial evaluation at Agility was rough because I had let my back get too bad before I asked for PT. The first appointment was helpful, particularly the massage. I'm much better now that I've been a half dozen times or so and have learned quite a bit from them about what is wrong. It had been more than 10 years since I needed PT but we relocated and I just didn't get a care team set up soon enough to keep me from getting into this position. Now I have a new chiropractor and acupuncturist so once I get done with PT, I'm hoping I'll be good to go with regular monthly chiropractic adjustments and biweekly acupuncture (like I used to do) for another 10 years plus! The facility is on the 2nd floor so has a nice view and it's stocked with all the normal PT gear. Insurance billing has been timely and accurate. Really, for me, PT is a lot about the relationships and if the people helping you teach you to do the exercises well and motivate you to do the best you can do. Agility staff do that for me so I don't expect to be in PT for much longer! read more
