I made an appointment with Angel THREE separate times, because the first two times he cancelled. (See photos) Against my better judgment, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt & book him for a 3rd time. My appointment was set today at 3pm. At 2:30pm he notified me he was running behind & would be here at 4pm. At 3:59pm he notified me that he was still stuck in traffic & would be yet ANOTHER hour, making his eta 5pm. I did not hear from him until after 5:30pm, 2.5 hours past my appointment time & surprise, surprise, he cancelled yet AGAIN. This individual clearly does not know how to manage his time, respect customer's time or run a business properly. Do NOT waste your time or money. read more

Angel responded quickly and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Rates were great too as two other companies quoted me for a lot higher. He and his staff showed up earlier than the appointment time and completed the job in about an hour and 45mins. My car is definitely a lot cleaner than what it was before and even though some of my stains on the inside of the car weren't able to come out, it is definitely better than before.
